We dealt with Harry at Imoova - process could not have be simplier. Everything was 'as advertised' and everything worked perfectly. Checking in process was very simple and drop off was a breeze.

I have had three campervan relocations with Imoova and each time it has been a breeze!! From the instructions and pre- departure communications, to the organising on the day, to the processing of payments afterwards, it was all seamless and easy!! I can’t wait to do more campervan relocations!! Just a pleasure to deal with from start to finish!!! Can’t recommend them highly enough!!!

Really well organised crew of People. I deal with Harry and Patrick in Brisbane. They are awesome. The Vehicles are all top notch and the service is brilliant. Nothing is too much. You'd be crazy to go anywhere else.

Driving and living in a 6-berth motorhome has been nothing short of amazing. Despite its size, the vehicle was surprisingly smooth and stable on the road. The high driving position gave me a commanding view of the highway, while the wide mirrors and reverse camera made parking and maneuvering stress-free even in tight caravan parks or fuel stations.

Inside, the space felt like a mobile apartment. With comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a decent-sized fridge, and a private bathroom with toilet and shower, I had everything I needed. Whether cooking a hot meal, enjoying a coffee at the dining table, or stretching out for a nap, the interior layout was both practical and spacious.

At night, the motorhome truly shined: the internal lighting, privacy curtains, and comfortable bedding made it feel cozy and secure. And when parked in a scenic location, waking up to sunrise views through the panoramic windows was unbeatable.

Living in a 6-berth motorhome gave me complete freedom, comfort, and a sense of adventure. It’s not just travel; it’s a lifestyle.

The service was seamless. There was no unnecessary contact and the process went exactly as expected.

It was a great experience because it was my first camper trip. However, at the colection of the vehicle we went through a stressful time because the booking didn't figure in the informatic sistem of the company which announced the relocation. Despite this, the experience was great and I think that is an affordable way to live this experience.

Fantastic idea, the relocation special sounded too good to be true but worked exactly as described. Highly recommended!

I honestly thought it was a scam as flights were going to cost me $400+ so to find a car for $1 a day that needed to be relocated was like a dream come true! I can now get to the places in Australia that ive been dying to get to just by relocating cars! Its a win-win situation! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Terrible Experience – Booking Cancelled Without Notice and Zero Accountability

I had a relocation booking with Indie Campers (via Imoova), and on the day of pickup, I arrived at the agreed location—only to be told there was no vehicle available. I spent over three hours trying to get answers from support, only to find out the booking had been cancelled the day before without any notification.

To make it worse, Indie Campers initially blamed Imoova, claiming they were responsible for the cancellation. But after looking into it and speaking with both sides, it became clear: the fault was entirely with Indie Campers. They had rented the van to someone else and failed to inform anyone or update the system, which still showed the booking as confirmed.

This careless handling of the situation ruined my entire trip. I had accommodation and travel plans built around this booking, all of which had to be cancelled last minute—at my expense. A simple refund doesn’t begin to cover the time lost, costs incurred, or stress caused.

I strongly advise against trusting Indie Campers and Imoova. Their lack of communication(they don't have support on weekends), professionalism, and willingness to take responsibility is shocking. If you value your time and peace of mind, look elsewhere.

This is simply a website to find a relocatable vehicle. There was absolutely no customer service and the company seemed unwilling to offer any advice.

The deal was very nice, you actually pay very little for renting an expensive vehicle. We've had an issue with our rental where the van battery was broken so the camping part of the van was not working. Unfortunately there was no warning about it, but the trip was still fun overall. If we were in more than 2 people the trip wouldn't happen

Pro:
1. In general very smooth.
2. The information are mostly available on website.
3. Staff are friendly
4. While driving, I noticed the chirp sounds repeated randomly. So I called the support team, they couldn't give the answer immediately, but did call back a while after and provided answer (cruise off lane alart). Which shows they are willing to help.

A few improvement area:
1. The training video is very slow in loading, I end up checking youtube for the similar content
2. I was not sure about the what bedding/kitchen set includes, would be nice to list on the website
3. The RV itself is different to my daily sedan, for ex: emergency brake/cruise features/offlane alert. Not sure if this included in the video I am having difficulty to watch.
4. Phone holder, this would be convenient/safe for all drivers
5. Would be nice to list some of the black tank dumping station in the destination

Ronaldo and Zac in Melbourne were easy to deal with. They were cheerful and pleased to help. This was our first relocation and everything went very smoothly. Will do it again

Although we loved our time in the camper and enjoyed going on a road trip for a small amount of money, the worst part of the experience was, by far, the miscommunication with Imoova.

For starters, the conditions we agreed to when booking were very different from those we encountered on the pick-up day. The camper was not the correct model (it used diesel instead of gasoline...), the required deposit was over €500 higher than expected, and the bedsheets that were supposed to be included came with an unexpected €50 fee if used. When we complained about the discrepancies between the rental company and Imoova, we were repeatedly told that it was Imoova’s responsibility as the booking company.

Trying to contact Imoova was another major issue. They do not provide a phone number for quick communication during the trip, and only respond to emails during limited business hours on weekdays. Additionally, every time we received a response via email and needed a follow-up, a new person would reply without reading the previous context.

At one point during our trip, we urgently needed to clarify what would happen if we used the bedsheets: Would they speak to the rental company to waive the fee? Would Imoova refund us if we were charged? Their first response? “Contact them directly.” Their second response? It never came.

Overcharged at yhe pick up center. Never again!

It was amazing to have a service like this. The relocation was wonderful, it allowed us to get the experience of a camper roadtrip at a very low cost, with everything working greatly, no delays, no problems, full enjoyment.
