I used these people to apply for an ESTA, but then decided not to go ahead with the application. These people refunded my money within a matter of days, only taking a £8.00 change for bank charges. I thought that was very reasonable under the circumstances. But I would advise asking for the cost before you make the application.

This is a scam! Paid £147 for 3 visa applications, not realising this wasn't the official site.
Immediately requested a refund but couldn't get one as the visa was 'being processed. So money for absolutely nothing.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.

When a visa company fails dismally
I used this company to get my Nepal visa - I was visiting between 27.12.25--12.01.26.
I printed out my visa and duly queued at Kathmandu immigration. On arrival at the window the officer showed me his screen which said in red 'Pending Payment'. I then had to leave the queue (45minutes wasted) and join the queue at the payment window. On reaching the window there I was told that no payment had been made and I must pay to enter Nepal. I paid and was issued my visa. Total time wasted 1 hour. After emailing the company the simply replied that the visa had been properly issued and paid for by them and should not have had any issues.
No apology, no offer of refund, no shame!
My bank thankfully got a refund out of them.
