Had a power supply issue with my PC. Did a search locally and found ILLIT Solutions. Lee was very professional and friendly, assured me it would take a few days to do a diagnostic of the hardware and order the required parts. I wasn't waiting long and received updates of how the repair was going.

Happy to say, I finally have my PC back up and running again with a new PSU!

Very helpful and experienced unfortunately my laptop, being 15yrs+ old, would have been too expensive to repair and was advised purchase a new one.

Have been using Lee's services for more years than I can remember, my computers don't go anywhere else. From laptops, gaming pc's to home computing and now even my businesses IT, web design & maintenance, Lee takes care of it all. And not just for fixing and upgrades but installations and for our consumables too. You won't find anyone better.

First of all I took my computer to Currys after being SCAMD. They said that they could sort the problem out for me. After 7 days they phoned me and informed me that my machine was irreparable. Not be-leaving this I took my computer to ILL IT Solutions in Chadwell Heath, Romford. My computer would not work at all, After 3 days he had it working again. Yes, I had to reset some things, but that is a small price to pay.

Lee was someone who knows what he was doing.

I urgently needed a PC issue sorted out, and this was recommended as a good place to go, and close to me - I got great services, the issue was well-explained. Would definitely use again!

Our Windows 10 Desktop was having a nervous breakdown and we had to replace it with a new Windows 11. Lee was able to save all our documents, photos, emails, contacts and favourites, etc.

He always kept us in the picture. He showed us test results showing the old computer was failing, kept us fully informed of his progress tranferring data and also was not overly expensive for all the work he carried out.

We would highly recommend Lee and use him again if we have any IT problems.
