Absolutely terrible service twice now. Both times over the last 3 years have I used this company when the touch screen of my Fitbit stopped working, and twice now only some months after the repair does it stop working again. I feel like whatever fix is getting done they are using a cowboy method and not doing it properly. Not to mention the last time I sent it back it sat in the delivery office for a number of weeks because an attempt of delivery was made but they had no notification of this? Anyway that’s my Fitbit screen not working again only 5 months after, the exact same that happened a number of years ago. I don’t feel this company is genuine. Don’t waste your time. Update - this was an error, I have had my Fitbit repaired by the company in 2023 and now in December 2025 and have never been told about your 6 month warranty, despite contacting again regarding the fault on my Fitbit the 2nd time has this never been expressed. My Fitbit was repaired in December and now it’s may so what about the warranty?

Excellent repair of my Fitbit Sense 2 screen. Looks like new.
Only criticism would be length of time to send and receive with Royal Mail 48hr tracking. More like 72 hrs. Another option would be good.

My wife's Versa 3 watch is working again after she dropped it; all it needed was a new screen. Turnaround would have been quick and deserved 5 stars but the carrier let them down and made it almost a week overdue although that wouldnt stop me from using them again.

Apprehensive about sending my versa 2 as I tried to find somewhere local to fix the cracked screen, so I ordered a repair. However I forgot to make sure that , one the alarm was not on, nor switching it off. But all was fine, and it was returned fixed within a week. Thank you for a good and swift service.

Amazing repair on screen missed it soooo much.
Amazing service from start to finish cannot thankyou guys enough.

I ordered a new charging lead mid afternoon Thursday. I had a notification to say it was in the post on Friday and it arrived today Saturday.

Delighted that Fix Fitbits exists, rather than have to throw broken items away. My Fitbit Sense 2 suffered a smashed screen when it was dropped on a tile floor and Fix Fitbit expertly fitted a replacement LCD screen. My Sense 2 Smart watch was repaired very quickly, returned well packaged within a week, and is now as good as new! Great service and fairly priced.

I was unsure about sending my fitbit off for repair but so glad I did! It was returned as good as new ( if not better!) within one week with a brand new face. Communication was superb throughout the process so 100% recommend this company!

Ordered my replacement watchstrap on the Monday and received it on the Wednesday. Quick, painless and at a good price!

Very disappointed with my experience. My watch had a cracked in the bottom corner of the screen. It has been working fine for at least 3 months. I sent my perfectly working Versa 4 watch for a screen replacement only to be told that my watch can’t be repaired due to faulty motherboard. They returned my watched with the screen replaced with a second hand screen. They did refund my £48.00
Replacing the screen was a waste of time as the watch is completely useless.

Sent 2 Fitbit charge 2’s off for screen repair as both had terrible cracks but work perfectly well.
Came back and look like new so I’m very happy and means don’t have to buy a 3rd!

Although sceptical about sending my watch to London for repair, couldn’t fault the service. The watch was back and fully repaired within the week. Thank you
