Thanks for an excellent experience

I have ordered quite a few different products which are all great quality. I recently made An order for some jars and lids. The lids were not sent with the order but when I contacted Ideon they were sent straight out in the next post.

Wonderful, quick and very straight forward to complete orders.

I have been waiting for it 42 days to get my products delivered ...promised 5-10 days...

On opening my order unfortunately only 26 of the 60 bottles ordered had arrived. I sent an email to question this and sadly you could not supply me with the remaining 34 bottles. However on the plus side the refund for the missing bottles arrived very quickly.

I ordered bottles 165 of them, as my eyesight is not as good I didn’t know they came without caps, so when they arrived they were without caps. I had to re-order.
What I recommend is a pop up message saying do you want caps to go with the bottle. As the caps are on the page very tiny. That I missed them.
No other issues packaged well.

Slow service, poor communication especially around ETA of back-order items. In the end, my order got cancelled after a month!

I can’t fault the products, they are good quality and a good price, the main issue is waiting so long for dispatch and having to chase them to find out when orders will be sent. I find it annoying that when I place orders I’m told 2 weeks later (when I chase up) that some items are out of stock when they were in fact in stock when I ordered. I was told today that some items on back order wouldn’t be sent as they are not in stock despite the website saying there are 13000 in stock! It’s a shame they don’t seem to want to help small businesses but forget that small business can sometimes grow, to that end I would be reluctant to order large amounts from them. I hope things improve after Covid is over as they have many unhappy customers judging from the reviews.

Terrible service said in stock on the site, had to message to ask 3 times if it arrived ‘We are very sorry to say, unfortunately, we have been unable to secure your products in a timely manner.’ Then they said will be in stock 4 weeks after order date. No good

I had no problem with the products I ordered..BUT..when they arrived they were in a box ten times the necessary size to protect them and surrounded by an ocean of plastic.
When I rang to voice my concerns I was told I needed to speak to the manager but he was in a meeting. I rang a couple of times after that and it seems his meetings are very frequent and long. I never got to speak to him and wasn't offered any solutions as to any future orders.
I won't be ordering from ideon again..rubbish customer service.
Please in these days of trying to protect the environment, use paper or biodegradable packaging. It's definitely a plus to potential customers and I'm sure would boost business.

Ordered some jars/bottles for home meal preps. Great value.
However, order took longer than the given time scale. As soon as I contacted them, the goods were shipped immediately.
Unfortunately, some of the jars arrived smashed but was refunded the amounts straight away

good quality capsules but no good at all having to split 10.000 by hand. it would have been way easier for us if they had come in 2 parts.
