Ordered online when it was stated there…

Ordered online when it was stated there were plenty of the items I needed in stock. Sadly not the case - all sold out and not re-available for a further 3 weeks. Had to chase to find out status but they did eventually arrive as promised. I know there are supply chain problems but communication could have been better

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. I have also left this review on Ampulla Ltd as they are part of the same operation. I notice that other customers have the same complaints as mine: Plastic jars are poor quality very thin jars. They are sold without lids - which is not clear on the website, and I am not alone in not ordering the lids because of this. The minimum charge for DPD signed delivery which they insist on is £5.94 even for a lid worth 57p. Returns due to poor quality or for any reason charge 10 per cent for handling the return. The customer service man i spoke to hung up on me. All in all a very poor customer experience.

the bottles and packaging second time…

the bottles and packaging second time round where more than adequate. when I received the first package and refused it, I called and the issue was quickly fixed. I appreciate the speed and customer service. thankyou and I will be using you again for local glass bottles.

They love business processes over customer service

- Shopped around for some mountain bottles
- Had a few tabs open but mistakenly ordered the bottles without the caps
- Bottles arrived as expected without caps
- Can’t fault them for that
- I emailed saying I tried to order just 30 caps around £2 in cost and the delivery was coming to around £5 for the courier they use (£7 total)
- I asked if they could be sent via another means. I’m sure it would only be £2/3 using Royal Mail etc.
- Was told that there was no other option
- I was thus forced to order more bottles + extra caps so I didn’t spend more on delivery than products I ordered
- I wish common sense and putting the customer first had prevailed
- Instead it seems rigid business processes won this time
- My advice, double check before ordering otherwise you might be bitten later

Service not up to standards

Service not up to standards. Placed an order wrong goods sent then I myself had to pay for it to be returned weeks later still waiting for a refund definitely will not recommend anyone to shop with yourselves first and last time for me. They take your money straight away then expect you to wait to get your own money back that’s not what I would call customer service. Your call handlers are not helpful at all very very poor service from a company your size.
