Quick and efficent service, with good communication.

First time ordering bottles from this website and it has gone very wrong. We ordered 330ml bottles and when the box arrived, naturally we pulled one out to inspect it. It all seemed fine until we came to use the bottles and found that we were sent the wrong size bottles that were mixed with our order. How? Why? Who Checked it? Now to try and get in touch with someone to rectify it, is a mission in itself, meanwhile i cannot fulfil my order to my customers because i don’t have the right resources! Embarrassing!

Have not received my full order only received an email saying that they could not fulfil the order, and they had run out of stock, tried calling but no joy. Not very good customer service considering I'm a new customer.☹ 130 bottles short

Bottles were lovely just had couple smaller then the others

My usual bottle supplier suspended their shipping due to rex tape with exports to the UK.
I have now realised that I can by the bottle here for around the same price.
These bottles are better packed and I have had no breakages.
The deliveries are exactly as stated.
Easy to place orders and good quality product.
As you can tell I will be placing more orders.

Bottles were backed securely without being over the top.
