I could not get a hold of the original agent who sent an e mail quote to me as I left messages 3 days in a row so I called back for anyone. The agent would not honor the price I was quoted for insurance in an email so I didn't book it with the cruise. The agent talked me into the next level in icruise rewards stating it can be cancelled at anytime. About 1 week after booking my wife lost her job. I tried calling James to cancel for a few days and finally got him and he said the $500 would be returned but your fee of $181 would be forfeited. He stated he would send the membership to his manager for cancellation approval. Several days passed and I saw no credit for membership even though no benefits were used. I was given membership line from another agent and was told it would be cancelled now as it was not done with James and he would have a manager e mail with cancellation decision as it was outside refund window. I never heard from anyone and I would never recommend this company. Since being contacted by a supervisor a complete refund has been issued icruise has completely resolved my complaint.

They took 400.00 and gave me nothing back after calling and asking for my money. I thought I was paying for a cruise as the time came closer found out not a penny was going toward my cruise.

I recently booked a cruise and was very disappointed with how the agent messed up the entire package of extras.
However Icruise was very concerned that a mistake had been made and went over and above to correct the problem. Mistakes happen and the best you can hope or is that the company cares and will make it right. Icruise did just that and restored my confidence in them and we would consider using them again in the future.
After problems with their website icruise was forthcoming to rectify the problem. They have gone out of their way to compensate me for my inconvenience. Kudos for the resolution to my problem.
Booked 2 cabins for Med cruise. Received my invoice. THEN, later found it was an incorrect invoice and had to pay more than quoted!. Calling icruise meant talking to agents from around the globe. They do not have any personal travel agents. A month after our cruise, received an unauthorizd charge on my credit card for a membership I do not want! I had to call them to remove it.
Great prices on cruise. I spoke to several agents as it seems they don’t stay with the company very long. We added the Have it All package and were told 2 times by 2 agents that the free crew appreciation was included yet when I spoke to Holland America they said it was not part of our package. I spoke to a supervisor at length and asked him repeatedly to listen to the supposed recorded proof and he wouldn’t or couldn’t do so. I will not book with them again.
I thought I was on the phone with royal Caribbean and when I realized it was iCruise I told the agent I wanted to only deal with royal Caribbean directly for a number of reasons. The agent outright lied to me on a recorded line or so they say it is recorded it probably isn’t. She said that I did call royal and when I pressed the reservation extension it routed me to their offices. Anyway, I am in the process of getting an agency change over to royal but they are again lying and the contact for agency changes continues to tell me they do not have the necessary paperwork even though icruise keeps telling me they already emailed it to them. And they won’t email me any copy so I know they are lying and have no plans to change over my agency request. I can’t believe a company would outright lie about so much.
..Updated as of 10/05/2023..change from 1-star to 4-stars..icruise’s assistant to the president office emailed me with his conversation confirmation id promo# so I can call rccl to verify and confirm in rccl cruise itenerary.
The ending result doesn’t have to be like this hassle. I have learned my lesson from trusting cruise promo deal. I will make sure that I will be not as nice next time and ask directly and make sure I will get ALL the facts before paying. My icruise booking travel agent is mostly the blame. He tried to hurry me but took me two days before my decision.
I leave ALL my writing here so reader can know how much effort and hassle that I have going thru.
..updated as of 10/04/2023..icruise.com / arrivia reaching out to me on 09/28/2023 and told me that he did called Royal Caribbean Cruise to submitted the icruise.com’s promo (FREE 2-adults specialty Dinning) and has updated under our cruise trip in 12/24/2023.
I called Royal Caribbean Cruise to confirm and wanting to pre-plan on other specialty dining for the rest of my kiddos, but sadly there is NO NOTE nor promo from icruise as promised. I went thru a lengthy of my wasted times just for icruise.com promo promised and NOT there.
Getting hold of my caller at icruise.com (associate to the office of the president) is impossible and NO promised result.
I was also asked to update positive review after I was told the icruise promo is in the Royal Caribbean cruise system. I checked and NOT in my cruise trip.
Here is my final thought to cruisers that want to book with icruise.com or arrivia.com. These promo is alway has string attach and will inconvenience a lot of your times. It is NOT worthy…buy directly from your cruise line.
My message to arrivia.com / icruise.com from the office of president…you must have at least one-QA person to ensure all promises and correction going thru with result. You need to gain your customers trust and not getting worst.

As a long time icruise.com cruiser (formally, wmph.com a.k.a. We make People Happy) is officially no longer on my travel list of choice. I purchased the icruise.com promo FREE specialty dining for 2 adults schedule on Dec 24-31,2023 with Royal Caribbean Cruise - Harmony of the Seas cruise out of Galveston, Tx and learned the promo is NOT avail to link up w/ Royal Caribbean on the day of boarding. I contacted w/ icruise.com as well as my purchased agent and got different answer. Heck, I want this promo avail as soon as I paid in full so I can do a pre-planning of the rest of my family members so we can purchase additional thru Royal Caribbean on their portal and reservation can run out fast due to the holiday cruise specificalty dining.
Buyer beware…this is the most ridiculous promo and not intelligent way and you will not able to do a pre-purchase additional dining along w/ member of your family. Icruise rep told me to get inline w/ Royal Caribbean customer service on the first day of boarding to make reservations. I do not want to waste my time in line on my cruise vacation for this non-sense promo.
Just reserve your cruise directly to the cruise liner to save you much headache later and stay away from icruise.com and/or arrivia.com
This is my update review on Icruise company . Last week I wrote a review about my booking for Discovery Princess through Icruise. I gave this company one star because of its unclear promise and I was not able to verify and resolve the ON BOARD CREDIT issue. Mr. Ismael Chavez, Associate to the Office of the President Office, reached out to me yesterday. We were able to verify and resolve my concern. I am very appreciate that Icruise took their customers complaining very seriously and wish to gave the company 4 stars.
Perhaps my concerning could be avoided if they include our OBC right in the invoice like the way Princess does. On top of that theirs booking agent should answer his phone or return his customer message responsibly.
In conclusion, I highly recommend Icruise and I would give this company 5 stars if next time I book with them and see the OBC on my booking statements!!
We booked a cruise on Aug 7th. An incentive of the cruise package was a $100 shore excursion credit. Our two $50 coupon codes did not arrive until we called about them on Aug 31st. That's when we found out they were good on icruise excursions only. We contacted shore excursions on Sept.1st, only to be told there were "NO" shore excursions that would accommodate an electric scooter. The shore excursion dept sent an email to the dept that we booked the handcapped accessible cabin through. The response from more than one representative of the Client Service Dept has been " Sorry, that is a 3rd party promotion and there's nothing we will do for you "
Update: After receiving a call from Ismael Chavez, it appears the discrepancy in question has been resolved to our satisfaction and that of icruise. We are hoping that any future cruise bookings go smoothly.

First experience with Icruise and I had the Best service ever.
I recently purchased a membership plan with Mary Doucet, wonderful lady.
I then spoke to Mary Esquilona about booking another cruise. She informed me that what I had purchased did not cover what I was looking at. Yes, I was upset. But Mary Esquinola was so kind and helpful, she transferred me to customer service immediately and did a follow up the next day.
I then called Mary Doucet and spoke my mind. She then put me in touch Miguel Suarez, I say complaints department, but I assume a supervisor.
Once I calmed down and listened, I came to realize that I had misunderstood the offer that was proposed to me
But Migee fixed everything and I hung up one very happy person.
I will be back after my cruise to let you know how everything went.
I booked my first cruise with this company and immediately had problems that lasted over 9 months. I had to call every other week for that entire 9 month period because they put several free packages on my receipt but then refused to honor the receipt. I was told on 5 different occasions that the issue was a technical glitch on their end and that a supervisor would fix it and call me to let me know. No one ever called me. All 5 times it was a lie to get me off the phone. I am still missing my free drink package free gratuities and free Wi-Fi along with a $200 on board credit. All of these items are listed very clearly on my receipt and were the reason I purchased the package but the company is refusing to give any of them to me. I believe this is a legitimate scam that they are running to get people to sign up; please look at other reviews that are very similar. It appears as though they get you to sign up and promise things on your receipt but then just hope you get exhausted and stop calling. Today I asked for another supervisor and was flat out denied by the call center worker who said that a supervisor was not going to talk to me. After 9 months of this my cruise is in about 3 weeks and if it is not honored I am willing to take this to the small claims court in my state which will require the company to not only pay what they promise me but also pay all of my legal fees. I would suggest others look into the same option.
We booked two cabins on the Royal Princess to Alaska and on the quote we received it listed a $50 dollar on-board credit for each room. We never received this credit for either cabin despite a string of emails with the person we booked with promising it would be applied. Now she will not even answer an email. Also we had to spend a lot of time talking directly with Princess in order to get "ocean ready". Our names were wrong, or birthdays were wrong and it was very frustrating. After spending thousands on this cruise I don't know why applying a $50 dollar credit that was quoted and promised would be a big deal. From now on we will book directly with the cruise line we choose.
UPDATE: Someone did contact me from Arrivia's corporate office the next day and promised to send me a check for both cabin credits. I received a check today for the $100 dollars, thank you. I am just sad that it took posting a bad review in order to get this taken care of. The follow up from the corporate office was outstanding once it was elevated to that level. Thanks again.

Never again!!!! We leave on 7/1 and they’re still not able to give me what was promised. Since we’ve sailed with Carnival before, our cruise came with the Cheers! Drink package. I don’t see it anywhere on my booking. They’re like “you’ll have it when you check in” Well, that’s not good enough for me; I need it in writing. We also had the anytime dining plan and they put me on the early dining. Not a huge issue, but again, not what was agreed upon. It’s been 6 weeks and I’m having to call every other day. Nobody calls me back nobody can fix my issues. I’m so frustrated.

The worse company ever. They are thieves! They illegitimately charged us $300. for renewals which we NEVER AUTHORIZED!!!!!! iCruise then REFUSED TO PROVIDE US A CREDIT FOR THEIR ILLEGITIMATE CHARGES. They advised IT IS NOT POSSIBLE!!!!!! I am posting on YELP, BBB, and ANY OTHER SOURCE I can utilize, to save people the agony we went through!!!! Our greatest regret is NOT having read the tremendous number of negative reviews prior to using iCruise!!!!

Used icruise popped up in my search for cruises. Immediately they started emailing and calling. Spoke with an agent and decided to book the cruise. She guaranteed best rate and a huge discount. When all was said and done, there was absolutely no discount. There were no benefits. I should have booked direct with carnival as usual.
When I checked on my booking, there were several errors. I trued contacting Zandra Zarcilla. She would not return my call. She sent an email saying she was busy assisting a lot of passengers. Really? Like I’m not one you can assist?
I emailed to state the issues. She didn’t reply, only sent the booking receipt. I called carnival. But they couldn’t help me, the person actually booked on the cruise, because I used a travel agent.
I sent several more emails and nothing was fixed.
Leaving tomorrow, 6/4, and I’m hoping boarding goes smoothly. Carnival shows I have a room and my unwanted dining time.
If there are no issues getting on, I’ll make the best of it.
But warning… DO NOT BOOK WITH ICRUISE. Do not even search on icruise

Just booked some cruises with this company because of the low prices, they wanted to charge me a $99 fee to be a member and told me I would get $500 towards my next cruise, haven't seen that yet, made some extra payments towards my upcoming cruises and was going to use that $500 to pay on one of those, we will see if it happens? Just got it booked still awaiting info about $500 towards my next cruise?

I Michael O' Brien would like to retract my negative comments about iCruise made on the 4th June 2023. Following my negative comments about iCruise on Trustpilot, because of a cancelled cruise, I was contacted by an iCruise agent and the problem I had was all sorted out amicably. I was compensated financially for my loss and rewarded with a travel gift. I cannot praise the iCruise agent Mr. Gustavo Martinez Vazquez enough for his help. Before the problem I would always mentioned how great iCruise were to fellow cruisers or future cruisers as the iCruise App is so easy to navigate and use. I lost faith in iCruise but that has been restored and I have booked another 4 cruises with them, and I will use iCruise for all my future cruise bookings. I look forward to their professional support in the future. Thank you iCruise for reading the Trustpilot comment and for being caring enough to respond and sort out the problem I had.

They have responded and resolved my membership issue and paid back the money. They could have done it much earlier .We expect a prompt action from a reputable cruise company like I cruise.
