Good deals, easy to use website, good customer service. What else can you ask for?

Do NOT reserve through iCruise, go directly to cruise line. I reserved 7 rooms with a $500 deposit for each room 11 months prior to cruise. They shoe horned me into travel insurance and found out that (A) the deposit was non-refundable and (B) to make a claim through Generali very little qualifies for a refund. Cruise lines will refund deposits up to 60 days before cruise

It was a pleasure booking with ICruise the website is incredibly smooth and efficient to use. The sapphire reward program really benefit my travel and helped me save compared to the market. Would highly recommend ICruise to anyone looking for a great deal!

We booked a cruise thru I cruise, we bought the I cruise reward program also. We made a down payment on our cruise, so they had all the info they needed. We booked flights and a hotel in Florida. Then they canceled our cruise. They said, they tried getting ahold of us. For the balance owed on the cruise. That was not true. They never called me . They had my phone number and my credit card on file . Most of the communication I received was through email. They never sent me a email to say they were going to cancel our reservation. We lost the deposit and they were so rude and ignorant and would not help correct this. Reluctantly, We rebooked another cruise thru I cruise . They said , they would rebook our cruise and it would be exactly the same package deal we originally had. That they mistakenly cancelled. Another lie they did not include the drink package or the WiFi package that was included in our original package . Now they want to charge us almost $1,000 more for something we already had in our original package!!! I couldn’t believe they were doing this to us !!! They were trying to get another $ 1.000 off of us. Please do not trust them !! I am Still fighting a loosing battle!! I have booked several cruises over the years. I have never had a horrible experience like this . The representative i spoke to . Actually, there were several that I spoke to. They were extremely rude to myself and my husband . I couldn’t believe it!!! I called and made a complaint to celebrity cruise . My fear is this company is a scam . I don’t want to see anyone else go through this! Also , asked several times to speak to a supervisor they would never put one on the phone with you . Or I was told one would call me back . That has NEVER happened . We are still hoping to hear from one . Chris Hagmaier
Update: June 21st-2024 I spoke to Ismael Chavez he was wonderful!! He actually listen to me. He told me right away. He was there to help me and wanted to straighten out the problem out . Which he did . I actually cried!! We will be booking a family cruise in February. We will definitely use Icruise . 😀

Recently (June 9th) my wife booked an Alaska cruise (departing from Seattle, on July 20th) through this company. When my wife informed the agent that her cousin and family were flying in from Mexico (as they are Mexican citizens) to Seattle, my wife asked if all they (cousin and family) needed was their Mexican passport, the agent stated that the Mexican passport would be all that is needed.
After my wife booked the trip, we came to find out that on Feb 29, 2024, Canada had imposed a new guideline for visitors from Mexico. That they would need a Visitor Visa if entering Canada via land or sea (including Cruise ship). When my wife called the agent to clarify the new Canadian requirement, the agent admitted to overlooking this information, but that all that was needed was an ETA. Well this information, once again, is incorrect. An ETA is needed if FLYING into Canada from Mexico, ETAs are for flights, NOT cruise ships. Agent is not well versed on new Canadian guidelines for Mexican visitors.
In order to salvage the trip we have called the Canadian Embassy in Mexico; we have called the Visa office in Canada: we have gone on each link provided by iCruise and Norwegian Cruise line to inquire about expediting Canada Visitor Visas...and neither will guarantee that our family (from Mexico) will get their Canada Visitor Visa in time for the cruise. We have asked the company for a full refund based on the lack of information given at the time of booking by the agent. Had my wife been informed of Canada's NEW guidelines for Mexican visitors (as of 02/29/2024), she would have waited to book the cruise for both families until we had all required documentation. The booking took place this past Sunday, June 9th. Now the company, through an acting Supervisor, is making it difficult to get our full refund, stating that she reviewed a phone call and that there was no discussion related to documentation, which is false, there was discussion and agent admitted to overlooking the new information. The acting supervisor has also stated that we would incur major cancellation fees if we were to cancel now.
This is the 1st negative experience we've had with this company and I hope that they make it right.
UPDATE (06/20/2024): Looks like iCruise IS looking to make things right, which is why I have added and additional Star to the review. My wife spoke to a Supervisor (Sana) yesterday, who had reviewed phone conversations with initial agent. My wife also sent Sana emails that provided further evidence of the booking agent overlooking and giving my wife wrong information as to what travel documents Mexican citizens (wife's cousin and family) needed for an Alaskan cruise. Sana acknowledge agent's mistake and informed my wife that she will put together all gathered information to provide to her supervisors for approval of refund. Once our experience is resolved I will once again update rating and review.

The most horrible travel agency ever.. I will never use icruise to book my vacation again.. The agent made a mistake booking me and my husband’s flight.. they had to cancel our flight at the last minute and rebooked it.. When they rebooked our flight they did not include our luggage..We spoked to our agent Leon Simmons before our flight, he ensure me that our luggage was included in our return flight from Lisbon to Miami.. He lied, We ended up paying an extra $600 at the airport for our bags.. Do not use this travel agency.. they are horrible!!!!!

The booking date wqs wrong and once notified this company they refuse to fix nor repay my $1400. Every employee had accents and was hard to communicate with it was one of the worst experiences. When notified the actual cruise line they reported they have numerous complaints about this agency

Not a good experience. High pressure sales agent without deliverables. After research of reviews and negative experiences, would not use this site.
When I asked Janette from iCruise not to call me again (she called repeatedly) she told me not to visit or use iCruise website. Waste of time with unverifiable information and misstatement of information numerous times during call.
Use a trusted travel agent (someone you know and trust) or book directly with the cruise line.

Do not use this company, a complete scam. They charged my 99.00 and said it was for insurance it was a membership fee that was not disclosed very dishonest trying to get my money back

Be aware that this company advertise cabin 12100 on Norweigan Viva as 'forward facing' aft (back) of the ship. It is not at the back bit the front of the ship. A potential major disappointment for someone who suffers motion sickness. I would hope this is just human error on their part & they are not intentionally stating this to sell a less than ideal cabin on the ship!

I have booked on their website and as I was done booking, there was a note that I still have another pending payment same amount with what I booked. I panicked and paid again, as I wanted to settle everything already. But I realized I did a big mistake when I received two email confirmations! Please help me with this one! I am so confused.

Cancelled the cruise reservation which is 12 months from today. Was not promised a full refund despite the booking agent clearly explained the cancellation policy during the booking. Cancellation is not finalized within the next 72 hours and I was not able to terminate my membership because the system still shows active bookings. The agent was refusing to connect me with membership department and did not transfer my call to the supervisor. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this travel agency. It is easy to book and difficult to cancel.

Great wonderful services, great foods and awesome entertainment
We have reached out to Caroline and Aaron from the Customer Service Team as an error was detected on an itinerary regarding the disembarkation date. The disembark date was provided via email from the travel consultant incorrectly, and we had relied on this information to book flights for this cruise. This caused serious concern and a flight was needed to be rebooked for 2 seniors (almost in their 80's) because of this mistake. We have yet to hear not only an apology for this matter, but more importantly, as the flight needed to be rebooked a day earlier, some credit or compensation for this egregious mistake.
UPDATE : April 1st, 2024
Sharne and arrivia did contact us by phone and email and they were able to understand what had happened. They are still working with IT to correct the return date that is shown on the iCruise website. We appreciate reaching out to us quickly and offering onboard cruise credit for the inconvenience of having to rebook a return flight. Sincerely appreciate you taking our concern seriously. Thank you!

UPDATE: After an unfavorable review, I did receive the outcome I was looking for. I was refunded and I am truly grateful; however, I should not have had to go through what I did. This was the 2nd time that Ismael has helped me. None of this was his fault, but he fixed it. My advice for anyone who is dealing with this company is make sure you fully understand what you’re paying for and get everything documented through email.
I previously wrote a review about terrible customer service I was contacted by a supervisor and am now completely satisfied. I have been issued a complete refund when I only asked for a partial.

I found a cruise at a great price on Icruise.com. I called the company to book (showed approximately 20 rooms at the price) and they said that it's not the same price through royal caribbean now. They said their system failed to update and they didn't know it. I wasted an hour and a half of my life on the phone with them. Don't get your hopes up.

I sent a request for a cruise quote for 4 people in 2 cabins with specific instructions in the notes not to call me. So they called me. Apparently they don’t read the notes with instructions. Why even have the box if you’re not going to g to read it? So then I called the guy out about the notes & he hung up on me. Then days later someone called me & wanted to give me info on a cabin for 2. Apparently they didn’t read the notes either.
They used to have US based agents but now it’s going to a foreign country call center & I don’t like that. If they can’t pay attention to simple notes, imagine what your reservation is going to be like. I’ve used them in the past but I’ll never use them again.
