Michael from iCruise called me after I had been looking at cruise options on the internet. We discussed options and found a suitable cruise. He agreed (in writing) the price including a $600 on board bonus. We discussed travel insurance and the iCruise rewards programme and I told him I did not want either. I checked my account the next day and found that as well as the agreed deposit, £564 insurance and £162 iCruise subscription had been taken. I complained immediately and 2 weeks later £528 was refunded for the insurance and £77 for the iCruise rewards. They are refusing to honour the agreed on board credits. I have tried on at least 5 occasions to speak to customer services about my concerns with no response. Having now read the Trust Pilot reviews for this company, I now realise this is a common theme. Please beware as it appears that getting things in writing at the time of booking is no protection against this company's sharp practices!!

Waiting for refund of membership. Called to cancel before due date but still charged the $99.00 annual fee.
Have called 2 more times but still no refund. Why is this not being processed?

Saw a good deal for a Cunard cruise so cancelled with Cunard and booked with iCruise and I'm sorry I did. Although Cunard were more expensive, they were completely professional.
Agent insistent on me taking a call – for reasons I still don’t understand. Just to attempt to up-sell me travel insurance twice, and up-sell hotel stays? I had to call out all my information and spell it twice. A very long phone call for something that could have been typed onto the website form. Also calling out credit/debit card info over the phone, with security codes is not a safe or professional practice.
The website form stated final payment due Mar 23rd while the agent insisted that I pay in full today, 8 days prior to that.
Got signed up to some annual subscription service that I didn’t request or ask for, $99 charge on my card and set to auto renew. Agent told me I was being given something for free! I should have known. No login credentials given to access this, to cancel the subscription. Trying to chase this up now:
Live chat only available when browsing to PURCHASE a cruise, otherwise no help. Told to ring an international phone number, no other means of customer service, which means extra charges to my phone bill also. Live chat advised they will not e-mail me and I must call them in order to be able to access the subscription, that I was given for “free”, charged $99 dollars for and now can’t access.
Also as soon as my purchase had gone through the attitude of the sales agent changed. After plaguing me to take his call which I did and spent 30 minutes of my time to book something over the phone that could easily be done online, I had to follow up to request a receipt, my booking confirmation, onboard credit confirmation and to query the subscription.
These business practices and excessive timewasting with a complete lack of after sales service does not attract repeat business. I would never ever use again. Real energy of trying to get your money as quickly as possible and then they don’t care.
EDIT:
Today I was emailed a receipt. It says I have an outstanding balance of 139.08$. What the actual.. I will never use these people again for anything. Please save yourself the hassle and book direct. I am so sorry I rebooked with iCruise.
Ive been waiting for coming on 4 months for a cruise that was cancelled by the cruiseline. The communication on the phone lines is poor and I feel like my money is never going to be given back. If your a international customer id avoid this company.
Edit: thank you for your response. I await contact from someone at your agency.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
We paid extra to pick out adjoining rooms, close to an elevator, and the drinks and wifi package. We got none of the above.
Multiple calls to customer service were unproductive, useless.

We booked a Princess cruise with extended family using Joanna Munoz. Once everything was booked and paid for, we noticed several errors with our booking. Several members in our party have attempted to reach out to Joanna Munoz via phone and email with no response back. She did not include the appropriate packages, as discussed or the onboard credits on our booking. We would never consider booking with this company in the future. Joanna's lack of response is extremely unprofessional.
When we booked our cruise everything went well and we had a great agent, but she left the company and management did not assign another agent. we were bounced around to different agents and my poor hearing and language accents caused us no end of frustration. We had to repeat all our info for each person we talked to and then be transfered to the next person to repeat it all again. We talked to Monserrat, Sakina, Aisa, who finally got everything worked out for us.
Ashley has been a true star in helping us to book our dream cruise within a budget we could afford! She was extremely professional and efficient in answering every single question and query we had! Great value for money! Highly recommended!!
Horrible experience and I am still dealing with it! I was told I could see my reservation and make payments online. This apparently is not the case and they booked my cruise through some rewards site.
I have to call them to make a payment which is absolutely ridiculous, this is 2023! I have other people in my party and don't want them jumping through hoops to make a payment.
Very disappointing will never use them again.

I cruise charged me $175 for a membership and never explained that. The place is incredibly bad. Never use them.

I booked a cruise on NCL for Thanksgiving. From time to time I would check to see if the rates changed. Two weeks before the cruise I checked and saw my cruise rate was $1100.00 difference and was shocked, so I called Icruise at 4:30 PM on November 4th 2022, and reached a customer service agent. I gave him the reservation number and he confirmed the rate dropped. You would think a travel agency would check for rate drops to protect their clients, but that was not the case. The customer service agent said that I was correct and he would contact NCL to get the rate difference refunded. I was happy to hear this and waited to hear back from the customer service that day. I was not aware that when I called that day, my called was the last day to get a refund; once you are 14 days from your sail date, the cruise lines will not honor the refund. Well, Icruise didn't call that day and waited until the next day. I called again and the agent said no problem we will call NCL and get you the refund. NCL said your one day to late! I spoke with another cruise agent at Icruise and they said they will try and connect NCL to resolve. I got an email saying I was out of luck and there was nothing they can do. I know their call center calls are all recorded, and I told the agent that I was not happy that Icruise didn't act the day I called to resolve the $1100.00 cruise rate difference.
I called to escalate the issue and received a call from ICruise 7 days before my cruise, so it's been one week trying to resolve. I asked since I couldn't get a refund of $1100.00, if I could get $800.00 in shipboard credit? Icruise said no, they would only give me $300.00 SBC. I politely said not enough, this was not my fault, and Icruise should make good on their mistake.
Icruise sent $300 SBC to my ship account.
The moral of the story is, booking with a third party travel agency, you are not getting any benefits, and they are not looking after your investment. $1100.00 is a lot of money and I would not be writing this review if Icruise took care of their clients. Their lack of concern and resolving my issues were not met by doing the right thing. My questions is, is $800 in SBC worth not writing a review that can hurt future bookings by people who read reviews, the answer is YES. I now book directly with the cruise lines and not an agency, you get the same service, but you're dealing with the cruise line and can direct answers.
Kathleen Valadares is an exceptional travel advisor. So helpful and knowledgeable.
If there was zero star, I would give it to iCruise.com.
Please book your cruise trip directly from the cruise lines.
I had a very bad experience with this company. I was going to book carnival cruise trip to Cabo on thanksgiving this year, 2022. I have a deposit left from a trip which was cancelled due to COVID. So I tried to call carnival to find out how to apply my previous deposit to current trip. I googled the phone number then called the number. It took me a while to realize that I was not talking with carnival but Icruise.com. It’s a trick we had it all the time. The price the agent gave me was actually near $1,000 higher than the price on carnival’s website. Right, near $1,000 higher. I pointed it out to the agent. He went to check with carnival’s website then told me he would match the price for me. I just wanted to use my previous deposit so I made a big mistake to book with this guy. He even had me to purchase a package form their company. Then later I got emails titled this company for shore excursions. I thought they sell excursions for cruise lines too. I have a special need young son. I alway plan things in advance. When I am aboard ship, I have to watch my son constantly. So I booked excursions from this company. That’s another big mistake. When I was aboard carnival ship, I went to front deck and tried to get excursions tickets for next day. Cruise staff told me that those excursions were not from carnival cruise, they were from local company. They had other costumer had the same issues. They told me to beware of the consumer traps and always to file complaints to consumer services. Then I contacted Icruise.com. and the agent I booked cruise trip with. I never heard back from the agent. I only got responses from the company. They told me they know nothing about the excursions company. Later they told me that it’s their partner company. They have no control. I didn’t go to the excursions I purchased from whatever company partner with Icruise.com. I was told the excursions were non refundable. Of cause, when customers found out the excursions were not from cruise line they were taking, they were already in foreign countries and passed the cancellation date. I lost my money, I didn’t enjoy my trip. The most disappointing part is I lost confidence. We need to be extremely cautious. Be ware of consumer traps.

Helpful agents with good information and tips in planning our vacation cruise. We got a great deal, and went at a great time for us and the weather. Too much fog and rain to do our morning excursion on a Sea Plane to see all the glaciers. Norwegian is a great cruise line with lots of helpful staff to serve you everywhere you went on the ship. Free drinks package was essential. There are plenty of restaurant options without the expensive ones (we only did one.) If you do any internet browsing or messaging, you're better off buying unlimited internet before you board, as that will stop you from getting bit for International Roaming (Data). Using internet was extremely confusing, but very necessary if you are used to it. Can't say enough about the friendly crew on board that served you well at every touch point.
Website has a very poor design unable to Brook a cruise immediately It's almost like they're forcing you to talk to somebody Since the website was so difficult to use and you could not book a cruise on it I moved on I'll go to the Grand Canyon this year

Judy Mason was one of the best customer service reps I have ever worked with making the process so helpful and smooth! She worked hard to get me the best deal possible and I am very grateful I worked with her ability to understand a customer wishes. Thanks Judy
Enquiring of this outfit results in pressure selling phone calls and worse opens an avalanche of SPAM almost daily for months. Ive tried to UNsubscribe. Ive written to them asking it stop spamming but its ignored. Its the only cruise travel agent that works in this unsavoury way, indicating desperation .
I wouldnt trust them ever.

Despite receiving a response below. AND various apologetic emails from the Presidents office- grand title for a vacuum cleaner salesman person. I am STILL receiving Spam mails EVERY DAY !!!!
Imagine showing interest and giving them your phone number theyd call incessantly trying to push you into buying .
My advice Stay away. NEVER give them your email and worse your phone number.

This was my first time making booking from iCruise. And it is the worst experience ever. If I can put Zero Star, I will.
During check out, there was an option to pay with different cards. After paying with first card, I was supposed to redirected to a page for second payment. But that page didn’t come. It was obviously an IT issue. I tried to refresh, it just went to main page. I couldn’t use my booking number to make balance payment on their website.
I contacted them and they sent me a link. Despite me telling them that it didn’t work, they just replied that a representative will contact me soon. No one called. And the toll free number doesn’t work as I call from Singapore. Found a number, managed to call but need extension to continue, which was not stated in their email.
After sending them so many emails, today I received a notification, that there is a cancellation fee of $1179. This is ridiculous! Broad day light robbery!!!
I am definitely ready to make balance payment, or else cancel my reservation and give me a full refund… and I will rebook it again. How can you penalise me simply because you have a lousy and faulty system?
Those who intend to use their platform, pray hard that everything goes well, or else you’ll get a big loss.
My issue is not solved despite me sending so many emails to them. Can anyone tell me what shall I do?
