My review is due to lies and misleading information that i was given. I reserve a New England Canda cruise from NY 11-12 days prior to departure. I got the last balcony stateroom available and i felt lucky to have it. The rep that reserved my reservation was Nathaniel, he told me that my family of 4 will get shore excursion credit and specialty dinning for all 4. He said the only thing we all would not get was the open bar and the wifi internet. To my surprise when i sign into my NCL account i noticed that i was only gettIng speacialty dinning for the first 2 guest and excursion credit for the first guest. I called Nathaniel numerous times, left many messages and he didn’t bother to return my call. I also called the main Icruise number and i was told Nathaniel supervisor will get in contact with me and she never did. I spent a certain amount of money thinking that i was getting all that he said i was getting. He lied to me and told me i was getting stuff that i was not. The fact that i called them so many times to clarify and fixed the problem and they didn’t bother to call back is just unacceptable. I will make sure to tell my friends and family not to use Icruise in the future. Beware of them, book your cruises directly with Cruise Lines. My family and I made the best out of our vacation but we ended up paying extra for the other specialty dining that was supposed to be included and was not. After returning from the cruise i have not been contacted by anyone from Icruses, this is not the way a good company runs business. They left me without information prior to departing. I had to call NCL to inquire about bedding and cabin accommodations. NCL was happy to help and saved my 30th anniversary. Always request the quote in detail before paying for your package. I will also follow a complaint the BBB.

Never wished to be a member but booked a cruise with them... was charged yearly fee but got that cancelled.. now they keep charging yearly even though membership has been cancelled twice.. so do not join icruise unless you wish to be charged $99 yearly...just do not

I booked an upcoming cruise with them in March of 2024 firca cruise in 2025. I noticed the cruise went down $600 dollars. I called I cruise to get a credit towards my cruise or an OBC. They told me that they couldn't do that. I would gave to cancel my existing cruise and cabin and rebook it. Why? Just apply the difference in price to an OBC or apply it to my existing cruise. I got nowhere with them. Very disappointed and will never recommend them to anyone or use them again.

Booking with Icruise was nothing short of catastrophic. What was intended to be a leisurely get together of 3 sisters and their spouses, turned into a collection of stress filled events including the need to rebook cancelled reservations and pay upfront a second time for the cruise prior to receiving the credit for the Icruise cancellation of the initial reservation. In essence the experience of booking with Icruise could best be summarized as "if for no help there would not have been any help at all". The cruise was delightful, but the booking process was a complete disaster and would never resort to this service, more like no service again.

I spoke with Ismael Chavez twice and he has promised me that he along with icruise will be making it right by tomorrow, September 6, 2024. He asked for my documentation again to verify the claim. Glad they are keeping this word on this situation.

I go on my cruise on September 22. I’m wondering if I will ever get my specialty dinning as promised. The last I was told - it would show up at the beginning of the month. I think they just wanted me to stop calling and inquiring. Still waiting…..
I booked a cruise with Melinda Gierowski on January 7, 2024. I notified Melinda on the same day that the specialty dining experience was not reflected on the cruise documents. She stated that she would take care of it. I have called back several times and was asked to provide the documentation which I email to the agent. I was told it would be taken care of and I would receive an email. I have continued to call and have asked to speak to a supervisor of which I was told I would get a call back in 24 hours. As of February 27, 2024, I still have not had any correspondence from icruise.

I booked with Icruise on January to travel on June, I asked to have a balcony, I made sure to ask about that many times during my call with them. This was my first time with my family on a cruise using Icruise, the experience was very bad, the room we got wasn't what we were promised, our room was at the end of the ship, our view from them our room was bunch of pieces of the end of the ship, the flag of the ship & looking down we will see the room under our room seating area. you won't get what you promised for. when i call the person that booked for me, i asked to talk to the supervisor, when i talked to him he said: i'll listen to the recorded conversation between you & the person who booked for you & guess what he didn't call me back. If you want to go on a cruise, call the cruise line directly, DON'T CALL ICRUSE.

Worst service, booked a cruise in December. Placed deposit and was told the remaining balance will be charged automatically. They cancelled my booking, refuse to refund 398$ USD and now are trying to charge me an additional $300 USD to book the same cruise. Total rip off, was on the phone for 3 plus hours. Told me “no supervisor is available”. Thanks for ruining our honeymoon!! Planned flights hotels ect around the cruise.

I initially titled my review "Hello, is anyone there??" and rated iCruise 2 stars because I had some questions about my online booking (my first time booking with this company) and could not get anyone to respond to my emails, which made me question the legitimacy of iCruise and nervous about whether my booking actually existed with the cruise line (NCL).
I've now updated my rating to 4 stars because I've been able to establish that yes, iCruise is real/legit and my booking with Norwegian does exist, and this seems a fair reflection of my overall outcome (even if the process to get here has been a bit cumbersome and stressful).
After my review was published I had several iCruise reps make contact, and in the end someone from the corporate office of Arriva has intervened personally to answer my questions and finalise my booking details and paperwork, which is appreciated (although I would have preferred not to have had to go through all of this in the first place).
There seems to be some issues with the booking back-ends of the iCruise website and Norwegian talking to each other, so I would recommend screenshotting everything during the booking process and double-checking your confirmation paperwork to make sure everything you thought was included is actually included (my booking in the end required manual re-entry by the Arriva rep as it hadn't properly gone through the first time with all special-offer package inclusions and associated gratuities).
I'm overall happy with the way the issue has been rectified and am happy to recommend the company, providing you're getting competitive pricing, fully understand what you're booking and persevere to get confirmation of all aspects of your reservation if these do not initially match your expectations. If the pricing is the same directly through the cruise line, however, it's probably easier and more straightforward to book direct.
In my instance my savings through iCruise are considerable so despite the clunky process I've ended up with a good deal and am prepared to overlook the initial communication and booking issues given that these have ultimately been resolved.

Although I booked numerous cruises with iCruise and had positive experiences, this past year my wife's health is failing and we are not traveling anymore. I received several calls from their sales agents about booking and told them due to my wife's health we would not be traveling and did not want to renew the $99.00 per year membership. I asked them to make sure that I was not on auto renew and they checked and said I was not. I guess I trusted that to be accurate but it was not and last month I was billed the $99 again. I tried to reverse the payment but was told I was on auto renew and had to pay. Although we will not be using their services we are members once again whether we want to be or not
UPDATE. I was contacted by iCruise customer service and had a very positive experience, they refunded the $99 and apologized for the inconvenience. I had a great conversation with them and I now have to say they sincerely cared about my situation and wanted to make it right. I have changed my rating from one to five stars because I always had great experiences regarding cruising and now a great experience with customer service.

I am consulting to book a trip with friends for the first time in my life to celebrate my birthday, but I specifically mention discounts.
While searching on the website to book a cruise directly, there was a discount for seniors 55 and older. However, when I made the reservation, there was no information saying there was a discount, and it seems that all three friends of the same age did not receive the discount. The website said there was a special price for the Wi-Fi and beverage package, but I couldn't find that or any other information. I wish there were more specific instructions on the website. However, I look forward to a cruise trip only to have fun.

I booked a cruise with iCruise and it has been nothing but pain since. First, I wanted to change my sailing date and iCruise lied blatantly and said outright No, you can't do that without 50 percent penality. I finally got Princess with them on a conference call saying it was fine with them, and iCruise still wouldn't do it. I spent hours and hours to get it to that point and they still lied. Next, iCruise has a 72 hour callback policy, so one can not just solve a problem with them. Instead, one leaves a message and they call back at their convenience. The 2nd big problem with iCruise is that they are being very deceptive about payments I've made to them. For this one cruise, not counting shore excursion, there are a dozen different charges to my credit card. And none of them agree with what they show on their website for my account. So, I now expect to be spending more hours trying to to work with someone at iCruise to understand where my money went. They have given me so much displeasure that I am now not looking forward to the Mediterranean cruise that I'm paying $10 K for. This company is a rip off and I'll be working with appropriate government agencies that regulate them to help ensure they stop ripping off consumers
UPDATE: 8/3/24. I'm changing my star review from 1 up to 3 stars. After iCruise saw my review, Ismael contacted me and worked hard to correct and make right the issues stated above.

The invoice I first received showed bonus included prepaid gratuities and a final payment of $898.76 due on November 3, 2024 after I paid the $500 down payment. Days later I was sent a 2nd invoice pre dated to the date of my first invoice showing a final payment of $1150.76 due October 27, 2024. I have sent pictures of first invoice clearly stating bonus of Prepaid gratuities, final payment of $898.76 and final due date and copy of 2nd invoice with different date of final payment and there higher amount of $1150.76.
07/22/2024 I am changing my review as the company escalated my complaint and not only credited me back with the gratuities, but also gave me on board credit. They went above and beyond to resolve this problem! They care about the integrity of their company. Good for ICruise!

This is the first time I've used I Cruise and I'm not sure I'll use them again. Their prices are hard to beat and the on line booking is wonderful. However, you can't do everything on line. I had to call to purchase insurance and then it was cancelled without me knowing. I Keep getting calls from their rewards team asking me to purchase travel packages. The lower cost may not be worth the hassle.
