Booking was really easy online. Good follow up with emails. Confirming really good price. Everything seems good although we haven’t gone on the trip. We’ve only booked at this point.

Promises Promises!! I was promised a free non-alcoholic drink package for my wife and I and an additional $100 credit because I am a veteran from Eric Comendador who apparently doesn't work there anymore and Leonora De Ocampo has taken his place, and neither happened. I've been battling with these guys ever since March 22nd for them to rectify the situation but it's hard to get and agreed upon package together when they never answer their emails. I just want them to follow through on their promise. They say I'm supposed to be getting a refund yet two weeks later it's not there.

I recently wrote a bad review about icruise, but Gustavo Martinez Vazquez reached out from the company and was so very helpful. He refunded my fee and offered on board credit. He was also so very kind and offered his condolences for the loss of my child. I usually do not write bad reviews and must admit that I was having a bad day grieving over the loss of my child. I truly appreciate Gustavo Martinez Vazquez being so helpful and kind. I will be booking with icruise in the future. God Bless!

I booked our cruise in January, it is a legit company but the service after you booked is inexistent. The agent Erwin basically ghosted me after that. So much for calling themselves "your personal travel consultant". I guess it could have been worse based on other reviews I read.

Hi, i am writing this review to express my negative experienced to the sales agent named GENE from ICRUISE COMPANY. I was scammed by this man named GENE multiple times. He failed to disclosed a lot of things such as INSURANCE for my trip and charged me multiple times in my bank. He disregarded all my request, instead he pressured me and did a sales pitch that i don’t need with my trip for his extra commission. He was very aggressive and made me stupid so i can agree in his terms during his sales pitch. I am very disappointed and would like to file a report with this agent. During my trip, i had to block my bank account due to extra charges that have been made by this sales agent. I had anxiety during my trip because i only had one card with me. I don’t have extra resources money with me which resulted into a disaster trip. I was charged multiple times in my bank account by this scammer named GENE from ICRUISE COMPANY. As a result, my trip was a big messed and i had to go through my bank again to file a police report for all the unknown charges that have been made in my bank account. In addition, i tried to reached out this agent that sold my ticket but failed to take an action regarding my concerns. I was ignored by this agent. I used to be a consistent customer at icruise company almost every year for my trip but based on my experience with the agent, i will never go back again.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with iCruise.com. I thought I had booked my cruise for Royal Caribbean’s Navigator of the Seas for July 11 through Chelsea, a sales rep. Instead of booking my cruise, she charged my card for a membership I did not authorize. I trusted her by sharing that I’m a single mom looking for something affordable, but she took advantage of that trust and still managed to book something I didn’t ask for.
Chelsea promised to call me the next day after charging my card, but she failed to follow up. I only discovered my cruise wasn’t booked because I had to call in myself to figure out what was going on. Chelsea lied and didn’t deliver on her promises.
I would strongly advise against trusting iCruise.com with your travel plans. Their lack of transparency and poor customer service caused me unnecessary stress and financial frustration.

I had a terrible experience with iCruise. Terrible customer service, they charged my card for someone else's cruise and refused to refund my card until they secured payment with the other party, hung up on me countless times as I tried to resolve the issue. Ultimately had to go to my credit card company and file a false charge claim along with canceling the card to prevent future charges being put on my card by them. Finally I canceled my booking with them, took a loss on my deposit and booked directly with Royal Caribbean. RC was awesome, worked with me to help me rebook and even got me a discount to help recoup some of my lost deposit from iCruise. John in Resolutions at RC was amazing and patient.

Awful from the start! I booked a cruise in the evening, and woke up to my bank notification that my credit card was hacked! Someone from I cruise charged my credit card! So, of course I had to change everything over to a new card!
Then, in writing from icruise, we were guaranteed that the 3 of us had Princess Plus. On board, ordering our first drink, found out one of us did not have it! Called I cruise as the ship was leaving, and a supervisor said to purchase the program and send in receipt to get reimbursed! Its 10 weeks and no reimbursement! No explanation at all, keep calling back to follow up on it!
12 weeks later received check!

I recently booked a cruise with Icruise and although I had some issues early on they were so responsive and quick to react. Most especially Toni Glerum went above and beyond to solve a problem that was the cruise ships mistake not icruise. I’d only book a cruise through Icruise because of their customer support, Great Prices and overall excellent service.

Sharnee, a rep from ICruise contacted me and made things right. She opened my eyes about travel insurance and took our final payment over the phone. She also offered $100 onboard credit for our cruise. Further, she explained my agent had been on vacation. She was all kinds of help and I'll definitely book with ICruise.com in the future!

Had a good discussion with Ismael from iCruise. He was genuinely interested in resolving our issues and understanding where the interactions with iCruise personnel can improve. The jury is still out on our future interactions with iCruise, but Ismael salvaged this one.

While the basis for my previous 1 star review remains and should be a caution to customers, I would like to shout out a 5 star rating for the excellent corporate follow-up by Ismael in the Office of the President.
Ismael assured me that my consultant and her manager have been coached on how to handle this type of situation- that it is not a hard and fast rule that 10 days prior the final payment must go through. The customer can request other final payment arrangements and that they must follow this instruction.

Notwithstanding the fact that anyone you talk to you at icruise will keep repeating their policy of 10 days prior, if they are directly instructed not to do so and they confirm in writing their agreement, they should not be doing so
This company will put through a final cruise payment 10 days before it is due to the cruise line.
Even though I had extensive emails back and forth (as well as recorded phone calls) in which the agent agreed to my request to stop the automatic payment 10 days prior- the payment was processed against my specific instruction and their agreement thereto.

UPDATE: they didn’t fully refund me the taxes that were supposed to be covered , they did refund most and added a lot of credits onto my account. The team is very pleasant to talk to and were fast to respond. As I wish I the whole advertisement was honoured, I am quite satisfied with the outcome and look forward to booking again. Even with the hiccup, it was still the lowest cost option compared to the competition
My agent was very nice but the whole thing was very deceptive. She showed me what I would get in a sapphire package showing the cruise I wanted would be $0 for a suite with the certificate. When I got my account, it was an extra charge with my certificate. When I paid for the membership, I specifically asked her if this was including taxes and fees and she said yes and kept saying this is a recorded line so I have her word. I paid the $510 and then was hit with a $1500 bill for "taxes" that day. I then noticed that the package included food for the 2 guests but not the third when I asked the agent if the packages were for all of us. I have left emails and voicemails to cancel everything but havent heard back yet

I love booking through Icruise, they never let us down. Every year we always book through them because they give us amazing deals on traveling and the rooms. I give them 5 stars for the hard work they do on here and for the amazing deals.

I used icruises for the first time and I will never use this company again. This company has no customer service. I told the person booking my cruise I did not want cruise insurance, she charged me for cruise insurance. I called about 20 times, no one ever called me back. I told the person I wanted a balcony, instead a veranda with an obstructed view was booked. I said I had a budget and the agent went $200 over my budget. If you are wise you would not use this company.

I had used iCruise twice before, booking the cruises with an agent who was wonderful. I emailed her, but received no reply. Perhaps she left the company. So, I went ahead and placed a reservation. After that, it was a nightmare. I used the chat to find out whether the reservation was successful. I was told that I would be contacted within 24 hours, but no one reached out to me. In one of the chats, I was told that the reservation was rejected by the cruise line, but not to worry, they would sort it out. I then found the number online and called. The representative just wanted my credit card number. I told him that I made a $500 deposit online, so he should already have my card info. I wasn’t going to provide my credit card information over the phone. The cruise is in June 2025, so there’s no rush to make the final payment. I told him that what I needed from him was confirmation of the reservation. He kept insisting that they couldn’t place the reservation with the cruise line before they had my credit card to hold the booking. I kept repeating that I wasn’t going to provide my credit card info and that I would make the final payment through my account.
Later, he sent me an email with the “confirmation.” However, when I clicked “make payment,” the reservation didn’t exist. It’s terrible that they did this to me. I reminded him that I made a $500 deposit to reserve my cabin and that I should have received a confirmation. He continued to insist that they needed my credit card info.

I booked 4 cabins with Joseph Razon in October 2023 for a June 2025 cruise. It cost me close to 30k. I tried calling Joseph since i needed to cancel one of the cabins. I was told he was still with the company and when i never received responses to my emails someone finally told me no longer it’s the company. I was told I can cancel but it is costing me 1900 fee. I understand the cruise line has a $398 cancellation fee and was willing to lose that but 1900 is ridiculous. I don’t think it’s right to charge that crazy amount of money when I have many months before cruise. I called in August so 10 months before sailing. I even paid $99 fee to join but that was a waste. I will never use Icruise again.
