Quick Refund Resolvement
I had cancelled my trial before it ran out and was (I presume on accident) still charged the fee for the year of the faceswapper service.
I contacted customer service and within 3 minutes Mark got back to me and told me that though (in his words) they "do not usually refund after trial period has expired" they still would in this case.
It is great to have a good experience with customer service, especially after having to deal with ISP and Paypal customer service in a professional capacity.

Their customer service was polite and they were quick to resolve a refund issue once I asked to speak to a supervisor. Would recommend this site for anyone who has fairly specific or simple needs where they won't require a search-within-artist function. Tons of amazing icons! Could be five stars for me with increased search functionality.

Lunacy fan from first sight. There are some minor bugs from time to time but overall it's very convenient so i didnt really notice. Besides they're always quick to help whenever i ask for it.
The only negative thing is me not noticing the app waaaaay before i did.

Warning: I am being charged 27.55€ for no reason
Again, charged for no reason even though I sent an email to stop my subscription and switched to the free version manually on the platform. Frankly, I'm fed up. I'm asking for an immediate refund and I'll change my mind if I receive a refund in the next few hours.

Charged me even if I deleted my subscription after trial, but they refunded me immediately. They should be more careful about it.
The service is amazing, by the way. But I didn't buy because I didn't need to use it.

Stripe logs evident that you have cancelled subscription after 72 hours of trial had passed. We know it's frustrating, so we decided to refund the payment on the 1st of November, right after you contacted us via comments on our website. Refund receipt and acquire reference number were provided to you via email. You should have contacted our support team directly, we process all refunds manually.

If I didn't have to go through this headache, I would really recommend icons8, but with this experience in mind, I can only give them a 3/5.
Icons8 has been stealing from me for months. I have cancelled and deleted my account mid-pandemic and yet I get charged every month. I have tried to contact them via email, live chat and their own community board for all this time but they have stonewalled me. Someone please help.

Hello Brian! I understand your frustration about those monthly payments. The thing is that our service is subscription-based, and you can choose either a monthly or yearly subscription. Even if a customer forgets to cancel their subscription, there is no problem with that. We are always ready to provide a refund if they didn't use their subscription.
Unfortunately, we hadn't received any messages from you before this post appeared. Probably, there was some technical issue with our mailing system. I'm glad that we were able to settle this matter!

I love all the resources on the website but the site is so slow and crashes all the time! I have to close it and open it several times to get the content I need, I also have to clear cache and/or close the browser.
