Great customer service, intuitive UI and delightful UX - great job

We tried your app when building our website back in December and noticed in February we are still getting charged.

Our startup is at pre-launch and every $ counts at this stage we reached out to support to ask for a refund for the last 2 months that we didn't use your app and Mark was very helpful and empathic and refunded us the 2 months we didn't use Icons8.

We will for sure re-use your services when scaling!

First of all the illustrations and other resources are fabulous. And the fact that it can be used free makes it even better. Overall 10/10 service and one of the most useful ones for creators that I have came across!!

Amazing product first of all, but amazing customer service is what brought me here to write a review.

Excellent collection of icons. Well-designed user experience. Quick, professional customer service in processing the refund when the subscription renewed when I tried to cancel it.

I used the site to get icons for presentations and demo apps. They offer a great choice of icons!
I failed to cancel my subscription in time but they responded right away to my message and per my request (since I messaged them the same day and I haven't used the service in a while), they have cancelled my subscription right away and refunded me the paid amount.

I used Icons8 for a 3-month project for my business. I got charged the $99 renewal this year but I didn't need Icons8 anymore as my project had ended the year prior. I reached out to their support team and they refunded my request in seconds (not even minutes). Their service was timely and efficient. You can't say that about a lot of businesses these days!

Really great design and artwork. Also super fast response and smooth communication with the customer billing support team. I was able to get my refund request completed within 24 hours. Highly recommend folks using it if you are into Icons on Figma.

I love the graphics available through icons8. As a small nonprofit I have appreciated their pricing, and their customer service has been excellent from novice user questions to account-related inquiries. I wish so many more companies had this level of customer support!

The IA app for Icon crashing.

Not lot of icons, basic thing like meeple even don't exist on this app.

The UX design is like a maze, i'm lost very quick, not enough intuitive. Not direct logo to return home just to return on category, you need to understand click on product for return to homepage.

$9 to $33 is to expansive for the moment. I hope you guys can improve your plateforme. I think this plateforme can be cool with the goods UX and AI tools if this tools don't crash at the first try.
