I’ve used IC Markets over several years…

I’ve used IC Markets over several years and the experience has been consistently solid.

Customer support via email has been responsive and practical. On the few occasions I needed clarification, the answers were direct, clear, and resolved the issue.

Overall, the service has remained stable over time, both in trading conditions and support quality.

I had an excellent experience with IC…

I had an excellent experience with IC Markets customer support. I'd especially like to thank Markos for his outstanding assistance. He was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout our conversation.

I had several questions regarding my EU live account, cryptocurrency availability, spreads, and the differences between the demo and live platforms. Markos answered every question clearly, provided quick responses, and took the time to explain everything in detail until I fully understood.

It's rare to receive such friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service. Thank you, Markos, for making the experience so smooth and informative. I highly recommend IC Markets and their excellent support team.
