So far it’s been a great experience learning the material and doing the quizzes after each module.i could not ask for better knowledge going forward.

My experience with ICA was excellent! The instructor, Clint Laney, was very knowledgeable and was an exceptional communicator. He did a great job preparing us for the state examination process which I passed with no problems earning my license shortly after completing the classes. Clint has also continued to make himself available for future communications and questions which has been invaluable as I continue to build on my home inspection career.

I’ve had a bunch of instructors in my time, but none of them compare to Clint’s teaching style. It’s a perfect blend of engaging, humorous, serious, and informative. I really enjoyed the in-person classes and would highly recommend ICA to anyone looking to change careers.

I recently had Clint as my instructor. I thought the class was very well presented and the hands-on was extremely informative and detailed. I would recommend ICA to anyone interested in home inspections.

Clint was one of the most engaging and knowledgeable instructors I have ever seen. He has tons of applicable real world experience. He was very helpful and continues to be available for help even after the class ended. The online materials were great for studying for the national exam.

My experience with the ICA Home Inspection class was enjoyable and extremely informative. My knowledge of home inspections and all of the systems involved in a house were very basic until i took this course. My instructor, Clint Laney, did an amazing job teaching the material so people of all skill levels could understand.

My learning experience was excellent. All of my expectations were met and exceeded. I was relieved by Clint’s (course Instructor) smooth delivery and seamless transitions between training modules. The pace of the training and the relevance of the covered materials were seemingly tailored to meet the needs of any individual student and any range of experience levels.

The in person class was awesome. I thought I knew a lot but I learned a lot more in class. We covered a lot of material in a short amount of time but it was never boring or overwhelming our instructor Clint Lanning had all the answers or he would find them for us. He was great. The class was great. I would highly recommend the program

Clint Laney did a great job instructing the in-class portion of my ICA training! He provided a hands-on learning experience that I was able to take home with me and apply to the online portion of the training. I recently completed my home inspection course with Clint Laney, Clint is an outstanding instructor. His clear explanations and hands-on approach make complex topics easy to understand. He’s not only an instructor, he does this for a living so you know he’s the right person to learn from. I highly recommend his course for anyone serious about excelling in home inspection.

My class was amazing. Clent was an excellent teacher and helped everyone grasp each topic. He made the course feel welcoming as well as being incredibly informative at the same time. He gave us so many resources and offered us a lot of pictures to look at to fully understand each topic at hand. I feel very good about taking the national exam thanks to him.

My instructor Clint was a lot of fun to learn from. He made dull basic slides, interesting to learn with real world stories, pictures and videos that added helpful nuance to the modules. He is a wealth of knowledge and always available if you have a question while you study. Would recommend to a friend.

The class was very informative, both Bob and Jeff gave different perspectives about home inspection based on their own personal experience. They were very personable and patient with all 8 of us. The onsite class was well planned and they were there early and stayed late to answer any questions. This really was a great experience and I’m excited to finish the module training to get to the next step of starting a business. Thank you.

I greatly appreciate the effort Jeff put into tacitly teaching the class. It was truly inspiring. He thoroughly answered all of our questions in the most simplistic way so that we all understood. He touched on every topic, from making smart business decisions to being careful not to create bad Inspection practices to efficiently managing your time. And we all had fun participating.
