Great four days of intensive training! Experienced a lot of growth and Jim and Kim were both very informative and knowledgeable people. Feedback was always constructive and was designed to help you learn both in inspection and reporting.

The best way of career change is online! I loved how my pace gave me all the time i wanted to complete the course. I paid half down on tuition to start and complete. Pay that other half and here come my certificate, I cant wait! Staff support top tier.

I can't say enough good things about Pete, my home inspector instructor with ICA. He was incredibly knowledgeable in all areas concerning home inspection, which made for a very comprehensive learning experience. Even though it was a webinar, Pete managed to keep the class as interesting and engaging as it could possibly be. I highly recommend Pete and ICA to anyone taking a home inspector class!

ICA has been a very educational experience so far in the course. Tons of knowledge and information being provided. So far I can’t believe how deep the instructors go into every detail of each module.

Attending ICA Inspection School has been one of the best decisions I have made for myself. The program is well structured, comprehensive and provides everything that you need to step into the home inspection industry. The course was very clear and detailed in getting me ready to become a Home inspector.
A special thank you to my instructor Floyd Gibbs, he brings a wealth of experience into each lesson, it is clear that he genuinely cares about his students, not just about us passing the class but to take time out and truly connect with us and make sure we have success not only in our future careers but personally in our lives. Studying with ICA was a great experience. I learned a lot more about Houses, different Trades in the housing industry, real estate and the opportunities I have for continued self-improvement. Our lecturer: David Miller was exceptional in delivering the study materials. He allows us to share our thoughts and play an active role in discussing the topics, ensuring that we grasp and understand the material.
I think the company is very supportive of the students, materials are made available for continued learning, and it’s important to know that we can always contact the school for guidance, even after completing the course.
One thing that’s needed: I think a wider variety of practice questions for each module should be made available. Other than that, I had an excellent experience at ICA.

I had the pleasure of taking a course through the Inspections Certification Association (ICA) with Clint Laney as my instructor, and I couldn't be more impressed.
