I am very disappointed with this course…
I am very disappointed with this course experience. After completing the Lash Lift course, I reached the final exam and I assumed there would be several questions, so I accidentally clicked “submit” without realising it would immediately end the exam.
I was shocked to find that I was failed after only one question and was then asked to pay again to retake it. I find this completely unfair and unreasonable. This was not clearly explained before starting the exam, and students should be given the opportunity to retake the final assessment if a mistake like this happens.
I paid for this course expecting a fair learning experience, not to be charged again because of an accidental click. I hope the company reviews this process and allows me to complete the exam properly without an additional payment.

Liars 🤥
So on 8th May I paid for an online gel/ nail course through wowcher out of boredom/after being a real bad nail biter for years (though always been into nails etc) which charged me £1.99 to protect the voucher (incase I lost the emails etc) and the £12.98 for the actual course. Yet I got charged twice for both? I then spoke to someone on the live chat straight away after noticing it had been taken twice for no reason and was told if I emailed I’d get my refund straight away? 11th May comes again I didn’t receive a refund after I had emailed. Then 12th May i get an email from you saying “ We can confirm that we have received two payments from you” yeah okay? 🤷🏽♀️ Still didn’t receive no refund.. so you lied 🤥
I then got my bank to give me my refund as you guys failed to and how can you take the payment twice then tell me on the live chat and via email that you will give someone their refund and then don’t? 🤨🤥
It’s now 28th May and I’ve had a message from my bank saying you guys have “challenged” my claim? So you told me you would give me a refund, didn’t bother then because I get my bank involved you try challenge it 😒 when I have poof/ screenshots from the live chat and emails so 😆🤡🤷🏽♀️
Like I didn’t and still don’t care about the extra £1.99 taken because that was from wowcher not you guys but how can you say 1 thing to someone TWICE keep someone’s money and then try challenging it 🤬 I have AUDHD which I also told you on the live chat, yet I still get treated this way.. it’s actually wild!!

I could have gained more knowledge from youtube for free than this course. A rubbish AI voice that continuously said words wrong, hardly any actual information - 'an orange stick' ?? like what is that?
highly disappointed, i know i only paid £9, but i expected a little bit better!
