Paid for a course and started the first module then a few days later I could not log in and access the course. I never got a confirmation email and now I can't access the course I already paid for. Please refund the money. If you don't then training tale is a SCAM. I have emailed and messaged on the website too but no response.
I have bought the level 5 H&S course, i have not received an email confirmation. You cannot get access to the course without the email confirmation. I have emailed and had no response. I have called the number on the website, and it just rings out and is never answered.
