I completed the Diploma in Transformational Coaching with Catalyst14 in early 2026. Genuinely one of the better decisions I've made.

The curriculum itself is excellent – but what stays with me most is how the Catalyst14 team created the conditions for real learning from day one. Experiential, relational, safe. Learning by doing, experiencing, playing and reflecting.

I had some hesitations about taking the diploma online, but they quickly dissolved. The quality of connection – with the team and within our cohort – was deep, and made the more ‘curriculum’ focussed learning land differently too.

It's fundamentally reshaped how I work with clients, and how I understand myself and the 'transformation space'. And brought a fantastic peer group (and now friends!)

I completed my diploma in Transformational Coaching with Catalyst 14 in 2025 and couldn't recommend them more highly. (In fact I have recommended them to contacts on multiple occasions). The faculty are genuine people with an expertise for Coaching, but what sets them apart is how they teach. Dynamic, hands on and always encouraging you to have a go, they create an environment that is safe and where real learning happens. What surprised me was how effortlessly they helped a group of strangers connect and build trust in a virtual setting - something that is genuinely hard to achieve. By the end it felt like a real community.

Throughout the whole course, you sense the care and thoughtfulness behind the programme, professional in every sense, grounded in best practice, and always with the human at the heart of it. If you are considering a coaching qualification, look no further.

Catalyst 14 is an excellent organisation. I recently completed the online diploma and I can honestly say that I got far more than I expected both in terms of the quality of training I received, the support I was given and the community I found. This continues beyond the training programme itself in ongoing CPD, access to resources and events. I thought it was money well spent.

My overall experience of Catalyst 14 has been extremely positive. It has been one of the most valuable professional learning experiences I have undertaken. The module delivery was consistently of a very high standard: thoughtful, well-paced, intellectually stimulating and rooted in real coaching practice. Each session struck the right balance between theory, reflection and practical application. I found the programme highly engaging throughout.
The group supervision was also a very important and valuable part of the experience. It gave me the opportunity to reflect more deeply on my own practice, to learn from the experiences of others and to think carefully about ethical issues, boundaries and the complexity of coaching relationships. I found this both supportive and stretching.
The prework and resources were excellent. They were purposeful, well chosen and clearly designed to deepen learning rather than feel like an additional task. The reading, models and supporting materials all helped me to develop both confidence and understanding over time. Overall, the programme felt extremely well designed, coherent and professionally, brilliantly delivered. It is the best CPD that I have ever had. Damion and the team are simply wonderful.

I have recently completed my Foundation Level qualification in coaching via Catalyst 14. Damion runs a superb organisation. Every contact has been a hugely positive experience from pre- course administration to wonder facilitation, engaging in person and on-line sessions, thought provoking supervision sessions and just the ethos of excellence and support that runs through the team. Very highly recommended.
