I had a good experience looking up the part I needed and ordering it. The control board I needed shipped in a timely manner and has been installed and works fine. All went smoothly.

Great service! I ordered a replacement display board for my treadmill on Saturday, it was shipped on Monday and delivered on Wednesday.

I just finished swapping the board out and my treadmill is fully functional again!

They have the WORST customer service with horrible employees. They will take forever to respond and will make false promises. There are many businesses to get parts from... do not use this one!

We purchased an item from here which cost $600 & it only lasted a little over a month. When I called the hydra fitness exchange about the product that didn’t work he made promises to call me back to resolve issue but he didn’t call back so when I called back he claimed i hadn’t called them to inform them of the issue & he could not help me in any way. A very poor run company with no customer service.?Don’t buy from them!
