I was pleasantly surprised by the "make an offer" option. Ordering was easy, and you kept me informed every step of the way. The product arrived quickly, and although used, was in excellent condition. I would definitely order from you in the future.

Received the wrong part. Let customer service know and they sent another part. The exact same wrong part. Let them know and they sent a different wrong part. At this point I was ready to give up and said I'd just return all the parts and get a refund. They became rude and blamed me. Through many emails back and forth, I sent detailed explanations, photos of the parts, links to and screenshots of what I ordered from their site. They only asked for more photos of the same photos I already sent. They were being purposely obtuse as they obviously didn't want to admit they screwed up repeatedly. I gave up and sent everything back for a refund. Haven't received it yet. Do not deal with these people. They are not competent or honest.

Our Physical Therapy Clinic ordered a replacement part for a piece of equipment. After three weeks of waiting for the item, it was cancelled on behalf of the company with no explanation. The cost of the part was refunded $14.78, however they refused to refund the shipping charge of $19.49. In emailing the company for a request for shipping refunded, they said once the item ships it's not refunded said they also charge restocking fees when the item is returned. Buyer beware there are no guarantees you will get your part delivered and still be out money for shipping.

THE WRONG PART WAS SENT AND AS OF TODAY NO ON WILL RETURN A E MAIL WHICH IS THE ONLY WAY TO COMMUNICATE. VERY POOR IF ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. MAGA

Do yourself a favour and do not waste your time ordering from these folks. I live in Canada and needed to replace the belt for my stationary bike. Upon recieving the wrong part and notifying the company, I was told numerous times (with an abundance of emojis, no less) that I had messed up.

You see, two belts exist for my bike. Their website says as much and is very specific about what belt you're ordering. I ordered the correct part, I checked my work many times. Instead of an apology for the mistake, I was asked close to 8 times for the bike's model number, all in the same chat, with the same representative. This was not some disappearing chat. I pointed this out after having given the requested information twice already, and was met with someone seemingly unwell practically begging for me to give them the information. This was exceptionally frustrating.

Fast forward to now. It's been 2.5 months since I ordered the first belt. I have since been given a partial refund and no refund for mailing back the incorrect belt. I was sent another wrong belt and two other belts were supposedly "lost in the mail". I have since been told that I was refunded and should simply order the part again.

If the company themselves are incapable of sending me the correct part and providing any form of resonable or competent costumer service, why would I waste my time and money further. I am in awe. If you have the choice, go literally anywhere else and save yourself the trouble. What a waste.

Part no longer manufactured. This was the only business that had a used replacement. Part arrived and was in like new condition. Very happy with the whole experience. Will likely use them for future fitness machines repairs. (Forgot to note that the shipping was cheap and arrived 5 days after orded)

My cupholder on my exterra elliptical trainer broke after several years of faithful service. I found hydrafitness online and the just the right cupholder. I didn't have to wait long. The holder is the perfect fit.

They sent me the wrong battery for my equipment. I returned it but they won't refund my money for the price. Not to mention I paid shipping both ways. Do not order from these people. They just take your money.
