It was the correct part and in perfect condition.

Purchased a generator/brake assembly for a stationary bike; the wiring for the generator coil had been torn out so the part could not be used.

During the course of 15-20 email exchanges with “Christ” who claimed that it was a new part “directly from the manufacturer”, I provided many photos of the defective part from several different views, the box, the packaging, the serial number and model of the bike. “Christ” requested additional photos of things that did not exist, including the packing slip (there was none), the extra cable in the box (there was none), the original part (which I had already discarded), and a “motor” (there is none).

I opened a dispute with my credit card company and updated the dispute several times with ongoing email correspondence and photos. After initially refusing to do anything, “Christ” said they would issue a refund but refused to pay for return shipping.

The status of the dispute was listed as “under review by merchant” during the email exchanges but “Christ” never acknowledged the dispute which was resolved in my favor after about 7 weeks.

Take home lesson for other potential buyers: use a credit card and don’t shy away from requesting a chargeback.

The original part was lost during shipping. A replacement was on its way after a quick phone call. The part is as advertised.

They had the exact part I needed. Shipping was fast. Installation instructions were clear and easy to follow. I had a great experience all around!

Bought a reprogramming thumb drive for a rowing machine $100+ part. Followed the directions and it didn’t do anything.tried several more times with negative results.
I emailed the company to resolve this, this was their bs reply-
“We apologize apparently the thumb drive is not returnable as it was made to order.

What? Really? So I’m out over $100 for nothing? Send a replacement?, store credit? Or even just refund me. So a review is my only recourse apparently.

Don’t buy from these people. Sent defective motor and then sent wrong parts which delayed things till after return window was closed. Said they didn’t have a motor to replace it but sells same new motor on eBay

Update: These jokers think the belt was worn out without examining it. I had two technicians tell me the belt was fine, the deck was fine, and both said the motor was defective. I have maintained my treadmill every six months and have logs to verify it. They sent me an old defective motor, not new per the technicians. Don’t purchase from these clowns.

This company makes profits by sending replacement parts that don't work. Then, when you return the item, they charge a ridiculous restocking fee. Why are you restocking it if it doesn't work?

Just like others note, you'll play email games with their support to no avail. Stupidly, I still ordered what looked to be the part I needed (roller bearings for a treadmill main rollers) based on their online parts diagram and part description. What I received were useless, unidentifiable copper washers. Ha. Just try to return parts to them. Better pay extra to have your package tracked since you'll play email games again and never get your money back. Lesson learned. Beware of online retailers with no ratings listed on their website--there's only one reason.

I recommend paying attention to the negative reviews about this company. If you still decide to order from them, consider reaching out to their customer service first and asking a few questions. This will give you a sense of the issues others have reported.

In my experience, their customer service is slow to respond and either misleading or not knowledgeable enough to handle technical inquiries. For example, I needed a replacement bearing for my NordicTrack bike and spent a week emailing them without getting anywhere. Ultimately, I gave up and ordered the part from another vendor, saving both time and money. If I had ordered from them, I would have paid double what I ended up spending elsewhere.
