I made an order from Huva, received a confirmation email and after a week no tracking number, nothing arrived. So I sent them an email and they replied saying that my order will be sent out in the next 1-2 days with next day delivery. A week later with no delivery o send another email asking if there’s an issue or any idea of when the delivery will be. No response. I have it a couple of days and pressed for a response or refund, no response. 3 weeks after order made I told them I will be pursuing a refund through my bank. Even then no response. 2 days after I had contacted the bank I received a refund from Huva. No apologies, no explanation for the issue. Terrible service.

I had the misfortune of purchasing from this company via ebay. They sent me a "refurbished" vaccum that was a very poor condition faulty used vaccum
After chasing a few times via ebay i was ignored...eventually a man called me (i believe the owner). We had a fantastic conversation where he very kindly promised a new replacement to be sent the following day.
Over a month later it has still not arrived therefore i chased endlessley via email and was ignored..
I eventually managed to speak to a lady via the web chat who promised me it would be sent and claimed an "admin error" was the issue.
She sent me an Evri tracking link but i believe this to be a scam as days down the line Evri still havent been sent the item.
I promised this company i would not leave any bad reviews as they assured me they would resolve however given their dishonest conduct and underhand practices they have left me no other option but to take this action.
Needless to say i will also be progressing via a CCJ small claims court.
Buyers please be aware as this is an untrustworthy business

UPDATE (February 11):
After almost a month of waiting for a package that was never even shipped, I finally received my refund today.
But they did try to remove my Trustpilot review. So they can act fast when it matters.
I honestly don’t know what possessed me to order from this… thing.
I always read reviews before buying from a company. Always. Except this one time. And of course, this is the result.
Waiting nearly a month for a package in the 21st century is quite the achievement.
Customer service here is basically a myth.
I emailed asking about my order. They replied asking me to confirm my shipping details. I did—immediately. And then… nothing. One full week of absolute silence. Truly world-class ghosting.
How businesses like this are still operating is beyond me. Calling this a “company” feels generous. Calling this “customer service” feels like science fiction.
I’m leaving this review as a warning to others. Learn from my mistake.

Ordered Sunday, tracking said delivery 29th no delivery ,evri had a delay, waited 2 more days nothing phoned on the Monday they said if not received they would send a replacement by DHL on the next day ,2nd order never arrived after trying to call them{issue with their phone line )eventually on web chat they admitted they admitted they hadn't sent it ,customer service zero ,I had contacted onbuy as thats the site I ordered from and they refunded ,so no I wouldn't recommend them based on my experience

Ordered a replacement dust cap for my Shark hoover. Took weeks to arrive, opened the package and the reconditioned item was absolutely stinking. Had to drop it in the bin well wrapped up. Huva are quick to take your money but you never get a response. I emailed asking for a refund, so far, heard nothing. But I will take it further. Very poor

Received my item in just over 1 week , ordered shark hoover head , it's in perfect condition
Tried to request a return of the item as the quality/cosmetics was not up to the standards. Looked and felt really battered. The email that is shown on the website does not work (bounced back). Tried emailing the other email addresses on the site. No reply. No one answers the phone number on the website also. Really poor customer service. I would avoid if any other people are trying to buy from this site.

My order took over three weeks to be delivered (ordered 7th December and arrived 30th December) so it was embarrassing to have to tell my family member their Christmas present hadn’t arrived. Communication and updates from Huva are poor, no order updates unless I chased the customer service team. I was repeatedly told my order was being picked up by the courier when it just wasn’t the case. I’ve been promised compensation in the form of a part refund and sadly the customer service team are just ghosting me. The product delivered was satisfactory when it arrived to though it was still greasy and strongly smelled of cleaning fluid. I’d not use this company again.

The order took a while to arrive to Ireland however I think it was worth the wait as I now have a full operational Shark again. When I emailed to inform Huva that I thought the part delivered was not working they responded immediately, were super helpful and talked through the assembly until it was working perfectly. Would recommend !
The product sent was not compatible so I sent a return request via my account. No response. I then sent an email to the address given to follow-up the return. 'Undeliverable'. Lastly I emailed customer services directly with my concerns and return request. Still nothing, no response. It's now been 14 days since reciept of the product and it's out of the return period so I'm stuck with something I can't use. Disappointing to say the least :(

When my shark vacuum cleaner broke i thought i'd have to buy a new one but i googled my problem and found Huva in a nearby city (wakefield). I went on the Huva site and found areconditioned head and was offered a big discount which i couldnt refuse.The delivery took7 days as it had to pass tests for reliability but it was worth the wait as now my shark cleaner is back to normal. Thanks Huva.
Product worked as advertised. Carrier did not leave package where requested, pleased it wasn’t filters I ordered as left out in the rain could have damaged them.
No contact with regards returning product
Will cancel through credit card company

Do not order from this company. I ordered on Black Friday and did not receive my order. I had to chase the company multiple times for a refund and only when I threatened with legal action did they take me seriously . Biggest scammers . DO NOT ORDER
