Visited the Bathgate branch last week and Evelyn was very helpful. She ensured my mother tried every chair and that it would be the most comfortable for her. She’s looking forward to receiving her chair in the near future.

I went into the Bathgate shop to explore the range of recliner chairs for my father-in-law who is in a care home. The lady was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I chose the most appropriate chair. The telephone call arranging a suitable date for him to test the chair was seamless, as was the attendance and trial thereafter. The delivery gentleman were friendly to my father-in- law and installed the chair, where it was best suited ,in his room. I would highly recommend this professional Company.

I wasn't pressured in to buying something.

Sales assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had previous experience of HSL and were happy to return for this instance. Still awaiting delivery so cannot comment at this stage on the item purchased.

Fiona and John were very helpful and showed me the 2 pieces of furniture which I was considering. At first I thought I wanted a fireside chair but I found the Burrows petite arm chair very comfortable and therefore placed an order for that. We also measured the sofa I am replacing and realised that I needed a 2 and a half sofa.

Home demonstration was efficiently arranged, helpful, informative and friendly. I look forward to receiving the selected chair, which was very comfortable, attractive and a good chosen colour.

What an amazing service by HSL to bring chairs to your home for you to try, thus ensuring you get the right chair for you.when you are unable to go to the showroom.
Fiona came to our home twice she was friendly,approachable,courteous and made the whole experience enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure to buy. We would recommend HSL very highly. We are very much.looking forward to receiving our new furniture in June.

Ordered the express delivery bed last Monday on the understanding that it would be delivered within 3 working days as stated on the website. A week later and 2 follow up calls to customer service still not even the courtesy of a call from the logistics team.

Tracy was professional and thorough the purchasing process was straightforward. An added bonus was that my chair was delivered in 4 weeks earlier than the expected 6-8 week period. The delivery process was smooth.

I went to HSL in Bathgate with the intention of buying Stressless recliners and was not disappointed. I was greeted by Margaret, a very pleasant lady and during the time she described the various different styles, she was assisted by a Polish trainee, not sure of her name, who was also extremely helpfull.
Needless to say that I bought two chairs which my wife and I find very comfortable.

The staff were so helpful to ensure I bought the chair suitable for me.

Pleasant sales people with no hard sell but very helpful

Had problem with the Hamilton swivel recliner and was given a full credit note for a new Chair with out a problem carol in the Bathgate Showroom was very helpful in my picking out a new stressless recliner would definitely recommend this company excellent customer service
