The human touch

Talking with a human being, they understood my needs and provided a competitive quotation.
They made me feel as if my business was as important to them as it is to me.
I started wanting one policy for my tractor; I now have 3 policies after moving my cars over to Howdens.

Review

I like the fact that I am contacted by a human being. I admit I am not a fan of the arrangement fee as both my wife’s and my car insurance is booked through howdens as is our house and contents insurance so we pay the arrangement fees 3 times.
