Have been `investing´ with this institution for 5 years.
They refuse to answer emails, they have not paid the promised dividends for 4 year on ALL of my investments. The loans have now finally matured and they do not pay me my money back!

WORST COMPANY EVER!!

They very obviously have many fake 5-star reviews.
Super dishonest company!

Look at their silly answer to my review. They are simply just ignoring the issues described.

Besides they are lying as usual.

I answered all their emails as soon as I received them, with questions about when they will fulfill their obligations. No answer at all.

Invested end of 2021, Investment ended 5/05/2023. Now a month later and i have not gotten my investment back and NO information whatsoever.

Other people have been waiting for year, they give bad excuses and delay. DO NOT INVEST.

@Housers: Unless you give me back my investment, i WILL NOT change this review.

I invested in 3 different projects in 2016. In one of them I recovered my money in 2017, and in another one in 2018, but there is a third one for which I have been waiting and waiting. Recently I notice that this investment no longer belong to Housers but to another external entity, which is doing nothing with it. I was not notified by Housers about this, and I realized searching in Google to see if there were more people complaining about Housers. There are dozens of projects in the same situation that mine, where people is trying to recover their investment by different legal actions, and with absolutely no help from Housers.

My experience with Housers is matching all the other negative reviews. I have 7 investments "in recovery". They should have been repaid already 4 years ago. Have not received any update on the situation for any of the investement in more than 6 months.
What is going to happen with your "investment" after you "invest" is following:
1) Firstly, you will be getting some small interest payments (of course Housers will take their commision from it)
2) Then the interest payments will become irregular
3) Then they will stop
4) Nothing will happen for a year or so
5) Housers will propose an alternative payment schedule (giving the debtor extra 6-12 months) and you will vote in favour or against. No matter how you vote, the proposal will be accepted
6) Nothing will change
7) Housers will propose a second payment schedule (giving the debtor another 6-12 months) and you will vote in favour or against. No matter how you vote, the proposal will be accepted
8) Nothing will change
9) Housers will propose a third payment schedule (giving the debtor yet another 6-12 months) and you will vote in favour or against. The proposal will be finally rejected and the debt will be forwarded to an agency to start a legal proceeding
10) You will get a sporadic (e.g. once per year) update (mostly legal language in Spanish so unless you are a Spanish lawyer you will not have a clue what that means)
11) Nothing will happen anyway
12) Finally, you either give up or die.

This is my experience which was identical for my 7 investments.
I am convinced it is 100% scam. The only question remains if this is:
a) a Ponzi scheme
or
b) a scheme where they take your money and give it to a "friendly" developer who never pays anything back.
In any case tell your money goodbye...

Just one more comment on the positive reviews you find here. Please note that:
1) They typically lack any substance - usually something like: a great web page, a great communication but nothing really specific
2) They usually come in bursts: e.g. over 30 positive reviews in one single day (January 11, 2023) - seriously?
Even though Trustpilot has finally put a warning on the Hoursers review page that some of the reviews are fraudulent, I believe it is not sufficient - I am convinced that all the positive ones are.

Anyway, do what you want but do not cry after you lose your money...

My experience with Housers has been terrible.
It's supposed to be a tool easy to use that gives access and facilitates investments into Real Estate for small investors.

5 out of 5 investments with ranking A and AA, all started at the beginning of 2021, went into restructuring. This means NOT A SINGLE investment has been returned.

I understand investments come with risks and market conditions haven't been favorable but 5 out of 5 means you throw dice when giving rankings or selecting projects.

It's an excellent platform for all since housers is accommodating even the small investors and can grow. The return benefits too are amazing and as an investor you dont want to miss this. Having an amazing start to real estate.

It offers real estate development projects and rental investment projects where you can become a part owner of a property and earn money from the monthly rent (where you get your money back with interest after a given period). Recently, real estate development projects have made up the majority of the platform's projects. At Housers, you may be sure that your investment will be excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
