I'm still waiting my money back from 10 investments that have been out of date for years. Precisely more than 3 years... DO NOT INVEST ON THIS PLATFORM! Do not believe about what they write. They are very slow and unprofessional.
Thank you to Housers.com for the reply to my comment. Actually you been saying the same thing year over year. You should put more efforts to return capitals from stuck projects. The average IRR of 8.44% is below than the promised average 12%... I see during the covid period there have been more investments on properties than before. (people bought more houses). Actually Mintos and Estate Guru work much better.

Due to the situation that we have suffered, some projects have been delayed, and from Housers we work to return the capital as soon as possible. As has happened in some of the 17 projects that have already been returned, where you have obtained an average IRR of 8.4%.
