An excellent service …
The House of Hearing receptionist was very welcoming, polite and efficient. The young woman that treated my blocked ears was very informative and explained the procedure perfectly. The procedure was completely painless, quick and clean. The facilities are very good. I tell all my friends that have ear/hearing problems to go to The House of Hearing.

Clean, relaxing, spacious premises - no annoying background music!
Clinician very courteous, knowledgable and helpful, explaining the current state of my hearing loss and advice as to what aids I could upgrade to should I wish to at any time in the future. No sales pressure, just very clear and helpful.
