Buying a hot tub.
Buying the tub was easy. I told them what was important to me, and Mark showed me the tub (that I love) & educated me as to why this one was the right one for me. Hot Tub Assist delivered & installed it for me. 2 friendly guys who gave me further instructions on taking care of it. Very happy throughout.

Great service
We recently bought a limelight strobe hot tub from HotSpring World and had a very positive experience throughout.
Shane was great to deal with from the initial enquiry through to the purchase. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and always happy to answer any questions we had, even outside normal working hours and the whole sales process was very straightforward and never felt pressured.
The installation team also did an excellent job. Access to our back garden wasn’t easy, but they came up with a solution to get the hot tub safely into place without need of a hoist!.
Overall, we’re really pleased with both the service we received and our new hot tub. I’d happily recommend HotSpring World to anyone looking to buy one.

I have had brilliant service from Sarah at the Hot Spring Chobham showroom,from when I first came into this showroom,her knowledge,expertise,on all the hot tubs she sells,we're brilliant,Sarah is not pushy in trying to do a hard sale like other stockists of hot tubs.I purchased a hot tub the Relay Hot Spring from her and had to push back the delivery days as we were not ready to take purchase and that was no problem.The day of delivery went smoothly and the fitters were on time and very helpful,it was all in place and filled with water and ready to be used and then I went out in the morning and it was a tint of green ,I was not sure what to do,I what app Sarah,and she was so knowledgeable on how to get my water clear,her aftercare service was excellent and efficient.

IWe purchased our hot tub through Luke at Hot Springs Norwich. Luke was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He advised us on which tub would be best suited for our needs. We are very pleased with our purchase, and although we had a few teething problems at the start Luke was always at the end of the phone (even on his day off)willing to help us with advise and tips on how to solve our issues, and he remains in contact with us. Very reassuring knowing he is always there to help. Would strongly recommend 👌

Sara helped us with chosing the perfect pool for my family. We came to the show room and she was extreamly helpful and showed us all the options and was able to answer all my questions. Excellent service
I purchased an ex-display hot tub from Sarah at the Cobham branch at the end of April. At every stage of the process Sarah was not only extremely helpful but, on a few occasions, went above and beyond when the (separate) delivery company wasn’t fulfilling their part of the service. As soon as I let Sarah know there were issues, she helped to get everything settled and sped up the delivery. She also checked in a few days after we had taken delivery to make sure everything had gone smoothly.

Right from the start to installation and beyond, our experience with Hot Spring World and particularly with Luke Skilton (Norwich) was easy and informative.
Luke was very helpful with regard to everything from our choice of hot tub, water system, installation and future maintenance, including being on the end of the phone when we had any questions or needed advice at any time before, during and after installation which certainly helped us with our first ever hot tub purchase.
From the delivery team, I would also like to say what a good job Wes (hope this is the right name?) did in a friendly, efficient and informative manner.
I would definitely recommend Hot Spring and Luke to others.
