I ordered online from the US. Customer service answered my questions well and my order arrived quickly. The website was clear that we would owe the import tariff which I expected and had to pay so be aware if ordering from the US.
My new gear is great! It matches the pictures and measurements online from horse feathers.

Great customer service and products.
I needed new snowgear (jacket, pants and gloves) so I found after some googling horsefeathers. I really liked the design and the price. So I ordered everything. The quality is for the price point really good, the function still need to be tested but I’m really confident that the gear will perform great.
The customer service is really good too. The team answers quickly (within 24h) and there really try to help you out. The pants I ordered were a bit too small. The team offered me to exchange the pants with a similar one in the right size because the color I ordered wasn’t in stock anymore. But the color wouldn’t work together with the jacket. So I returned the pants and got the money back a short time after the pants arrived at the warehouse.
Later after that HF released there new collection and I found the right pants that work perfectly with the jacket. :)
I can absolutely recommend ordering from horsefeathers especially if there are sales. You can get really good products for an awesome price.
