Can’t even use the digital passport BS
There is no app and I cannot access my digital passport, invalidating half of my purchase. Incredibly it frustrating and difficult to navigate. COME ON GUYS.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. With some states starting to open, we are hopeful that you will be able to get another 6-7 months to enjoy your passport! Luckily, it only takes about 3-6 brewery visits for the passport to pay for itself (depending on which state you purchased).

Unfortunately I purchased this for my husband right before covid 19 started. Can’t wait to visit breweries once they fully open back up & enjoy this passport on many a patios!

I LOVE my Hop Passports! Yes, Passports. I bought the California and the Northwest passports. I love using the Passport as a guide for weekend or day trip getaways. I only wish there were more breweries listed for Oregon. I will definitely purchase again for 2021

I don't use the HOP passport
I don't use the HOP passport. I bought it as a gift for my son. Sadly, I had to buy two because the first one was lost in transit. The post office would not give me my money back because I purchased no insurance on it.

Love the Hop Passport! I gifted it to my husband for Christmas and honestly I enjoy it just as much. The passport has made spontaneous day trips to date nights, love the perks too. Will definitely buy again.

Missing a lot of opportunities during the pandemic. Surprised that Hoppassport didn't attempt to work with the breweries to extend at least a month or two.

Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately we cannot extend the passport as the agreement between us and the breweries does end on December 31st, 2020. After that they have no obligation to honor the passport. With some states starting to open, we are hopeful that you will be able to get another 6-7 months to enjoy your passport! Luckily, it only takes about 3-6 brewery visits for the passport to pay for itself (depending on which state you purchased). In the meantime, feel free to check our website for any breweries offering ToGo specials. We are updating the list as more responses come in.

Most people understand the limits of Hop Passport to deal with this time like all others have been dealing. KUDOs to you for keeping us all updated and offering options during this crazy time. we will just have to make up lost time and hit the breweries a little more then normal. Plus all breweries could use as much support as we can give so support local.

What we were able to use of it worked out fine. We are disappointed that we may not be able to use much of it the rest of this year, though we realize that is out of your hands. It's hard to give an accurate review based on the short time we had to use the coupons.
