Every product Ive tried I love and Ive tried almost all of them! Very high quality, effective skincare. The formulations are next level. I will always repurchase their copper peptide serum.. my skin loves it! The face was is so nice and hydrating! You cant go wrong with any of their products. Fast shipping too!

l am absolutely delighted with this…

l am absolutely delighted with this cosmetic! The products really do what they promise. My skin feels incredibly well-groomed, smooth and optimally supplied. You immediately notice that high-quality ingredients are used here. The textures are extremely pleasant and are absorbed quickly, without greasing. For me a clear 5-star rating - I will definitely order again!

Do not purchase from this site

Do not purchase from this site! I've been sucked into a subscription and cannot cancel it. The only way to log into my account is sending a code to my email, but then I don't receive the email. I even added their domain and multiple email address as "safe recipients" to make sure. There isn't a phone number to call, I've emailed them about not able to log in to my account and 3 days later, I still haven't received a message back. Customer service is atrocious.

Genuinely one of the best skincare brands I've used

I've tried a lot of skincare over the years and I'm not easily impressed, but Allies of Skin have earned their place as a staple in my routine. In my opinion the formulas are exceptional. The Vitamin C serum, Growth Factor Serum, Azelaic & Kojic Advanced Serum, and the Vitamin C Cleansing Balm are all standout products for me. They sit at a higher price point, but after years of trying everything across the spectrum, I genuinely believe you get what you pay for with this brand.
Customer service has been consistently good, responsive, efficient, and no fuss. I had an issue with a bottle of Spf a few weeks ago that wouldn't dispense properly. They replaced it immediately without any back and forth. I've also found delivery prompt too.
If you're serious about your skincare and want formulas that actually perform, Allies of Skin are worth every cent.

Very Disappointing Experience With Hidden Subscription Charges

I used to genuinely like this company and their products, which makes this situation even more disappointing.
€213 was suddenly charged from my card for a “subscription” that I never had. I contacted customer support immediately after noticing the charge, asking them to stop the order and refund the payment.
For 3 days and 5 emails I was completely ignored. Then, literally right after I received the email saying the package had been shipped, they suddenly replied within an hour saying it was “too late” to do anything.
Also I contacted my bank to dispute the transaction because I did not authorize this payment at the time it was taken. Unfortunately, the bank refused to help because the company used an old authorization from months ago.

What is even more concerning is that after this happened, I found many similar reviews from other customers describing the exact same situation with unexpected subscription charges.

I honestly did not expect this from such a well-known brand. I will never purchase from this company again after this experience.

Do your homework..goods can only be returned if they are unopened.

I ordered several of their products from various outlets including directly. It’s cheaper not directly although they do offer a loyalty program.
I cannot get on with the products which made my skin red and peel.
When it came to cancelling the orders which they put on auto replenishment that has been a big problem.
I tried several times over a day but their site wasn’t working. I emailed and no response. I find my card has been charged and only now can I cancel the next order.
I will reject it from the courier.

Horrible

My order with a value of over £200 has…

My order with a value of over £200 has not been delivered. It was ordered 3 weeks ago.
Customer services are not engaging with my emails. I have sent numerous emails and message via instagram.
Incredibly bad service, so disappointing and as a customer of their products for over 18 months i have decided i will not continue to use their products as i can’t rely on the deliveries being managed properly.

Don’t waste your time and money

Placed an order and never received the goods because the delivery service said they failed to reach my home?! Then I changed to a service point on their website and for 2 weeks they said the place is closed. No offer of a refund of almost £200 until they get their goods from the courier even though it’s said undelivered. Reported it to credit card company and PayPal. Useless company do not waste your time

Return policy not honored after skin reaction

I bought two skincare products from Allies of Skin: the vitamin C Serum and Peptides & Antioxidants Advanced Firming Daily Treatment. I experienced redness and bumps the morning after the first use. I then reached out within a week to return the products and request a refund.

The brand's website states returns are accepted "for any reason" within 30 days, and that slightly used products are eligible for return. However, customer service told me I was required to provide photos of my reaction and a batch number to proceed, conditions that are not mentioned anywhere in their published policy.

When I declined to share photos for personal privacy reasons, I was told that opened products are not eligible for returns, which directly contradicts their own returns page, which accepts items in "slightly used, usable condition."

I was not asking for anything outside what the policy entitles customers to. A company that advertises a "for any reason" return guarantee should honor it without adding undisclosed conditions.

Update: the company did eventually issue a full refund.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service from the Allies of Skin UK website.

I’ve message them to change my delivery postcode because it was wrong and got an email saying that they will do it and nobody did it.

DHL now tried to deliver my parcel to a wrong address and there’s no way of me being able to contact them or change that postcode.

The customer team from Allies also went completely quiet at me. Just not good enough for a premium skin care brand

Good products, poor shipping methods.

I finally received my order after a long time waiting. I am satisfied with the products themselves, not the shipping time, which have negativly impacted my experience.

I have not yet received my order. I spent over 600 hunderd euros a month ago, and the expected delivery time was 6 days. It´s been almost 30 days! The shipping services should be premium, aligned with the brand segment. It´s not okay to wait a month for a hundred-euro order to be delivered. The other concern is the future orders I subscribed to, which I´m considering canceling and replacing with a new brand.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

Appalling behaviour and terrible product. Firstly the product gave me spots I’ve not had since being a teenager. Secondly signed me up for a repeat subscription with no clear messaging. TOTAL SCAM!

This company puts you on a repeat…

This company puts you on a repeat subscription without you realising. Just had £247.11 taken out of my account a month after my first order. My products last me 3 - -4 months roughly .
No information that I was on a subscription on my receipt. I’m now in the process of trying to get my money returned.
I will never support this company again.
Well done Allies of Skin - you’re doing a great job of pissing off your customers🤦🏼‍♀️

This product is really good at Marketing - THATS IT

This product is really good at marketing but is absolute TRASH!!!! What a waste of money! I diligently used the creams (the purple and green serum and the eye serum and zero improvement - in fact a part of my undereye got worse!!!!) DO NOT BUY and waste your money. Also they wont return from Canada so I am stuck with the product
