I found Hold My Hand Wholesale after watching Richard Taylor on TikTok for about a week. What stood out to me was that when people criticized him or called things out, he did not just block them or avoid the questions. He responded with proof, examples, and explanations, which made me respect the transparency. I decided to join and give the program a real 6 month test drive. So far, I believe the value is strong, especially for the price. For around $20 a month, there is a large amount of information, training, community support, and resources available to someone who is serious about learning wholesaling. What I appreciate most is that this does not feel like something where you just pay and magically get results. You still have to study, ask questions, make calls, take action, and actually apply what is being taught. In my opinion, you will get out of it what you put into it. I am still early in my journey, based on the information, structure, and support I have seen so far, I do believe this can help someone make money in wholesaling if they treat it like a real business and put in the work. Overall, I think Hold My Hand Wholesale offers a lot of value for beginners who want direction, community, and practical guidance instead of trying to figure everything out alone.

I joined HMHW with essentially zero knowledge of real estate. As soon as I got in I was able to see the extraordinary depth of information available. I learned so much in just the first week alone and have continued to learn more every day. There is so much information available across all the different aspects of real estate acquisitions, scaling, business development, long term wealth creation and more. The amount of live trainings and knowledgeable people providing help is very valuable. I don’t think you can get more out of your investment than in this group. It has been a blessing to be a part of this group and I fully recommend it.

Great price for what it offers. Has teachers who has a set schedule every day to teach us and takes the time to answer questions as well. They are constantly improving it while keeping it cheap. Everyone there, Staff member or not they are willing to help others. Has a bunch of very useful tools to help guild us, with pre-made videos to help explain how to use them. They also now have a teaching guide on the website to work at your pace to have a even better understanding on how to do wholesale.

Genuinely learned so much just from the courses alone. The community is also very helpful and responsive if you privately reach out to them. If you actually put in the work, you'll do well in this community.

This is the best value for what is only $20 per month. They have live classes every single day for what seems like 10-12 hours. Richard is a wealth of knowledge but he’s also built a team of group leaders who are also experts in different facets of real estate investing and wholesaling.

You are given all the Information and with most of the other things needed like zillow, which is free, you can’t beat this and could possibly be the best course on the internet for wholesaling real estate.

I’ve connected with a few group leaders for one on ones (also insanely cheap with how much info they give) and lead me to my first wholesale deal that I didn’t have to pay crazy high marketing fees or try and figure it out on my own.

There is still work involved. No one is going to just hand you a deal but If you do a little bit of homework, attend the lives, ask questions and apply what you learn, it’s impossible to fail. They do follow their name and “hold your hand” through a lot of the process and being able to have ready buyers for deals with their buy box cartel software, is worth the money alone.

Again I repeat, I can’t believe this is only $20 per month. It should be WAY more and I’ve spent over $10k on other courses and masterminds. This is on the same level for a literal fraction of the price.

I’m happy I took a chance and if you are on the fence, it’s freaking $20. Try it for one month. You spent more on your doordash order today.

Richard, Chris and all of the group leaders are amazing! Im in a few different wholesaling groups and mentorships, some very pricey that pitch buying expensive lead sources and systems and I would put Hold My Hand Wholesale up against any of those expenses groups. They have non stop classes every day on discord. Now the new website has calculators, video tutorials.. all for $20/month. Its a no brainer!

There’s so much good to say about this whole platform. For $20 you get calculators and spreadsheets to dial your numbers and your offers. You get a buy box full of lenders that will help you with disposition. You get a community that will keep you accountable and help you. And you have Richard’s livestreams and calls that you can take notes on learn from.

It’s worth 5 times the amount, and then some.

These guys work their asses off. Great group and have built an amazing community full of unbelievable opportunities.

Great set up for those wanting to learn more about wholesaling. From the quizzes and crash courses to the live streams, there is so much educational content and tools that can help you start your own wholesaling journey.

I've been in this community for about six months now and honestly, I've learned more here than I expected. Between the live streams, the course videos, and just being able to interact with everyone, I've picked up a ton of valuable knowledge that I can actually apply

The biggest difference for me is the people. It doesn't matter if you're just getting started or you've been doing this for years everyone is willing to help. I've made some great friends here and it's awesome being part of a group where people genuinely want to see each other succeed. If you're stuck, someone is always willing to answer a question or point you in the right direction.

The leadership team has also been great. They're active in the community, do their best to answer questions, and have done a great job keeping everything organized and supportive.

I've been in other communities that charged thousands of dollars and, looking back, they were mostly hype with very little real value. This community has been the exact opposite. The price of this group is unbelievable- they make their money when you partner up on deals with them. Instead of spending $1000 or more you can realistically land your first deal with only spending $20 on the course.

I've been a member of Hold My Hand Wholesale for about a year now, and it's been a genuinely useful resource for learning real estate investing. The membership includes Discord access with live stream calls and courses that cover different strategies for real estate investing.

Hello my name is Christian and my honest opinion on this program is 5 stars because of the genuine live calls every week period. If you wanted a quick answer there you go. If you want more info continue reading. Before I would have given them 4 but 5 with the new updates my opinion has change. I have bought courses before and let me tell you they were much more and expensive than this program. And 1/2 or less of the value. It really is a to good to be true that we don’t take advantage of what it is worth. I am speaking for my self. I can tell you from other courses that I have been part of how frustrating it is to not get help after constant messages, email, etc. specially when your a newbie and are trying to figure things out. They might not have the answer to all of your questions but they sure get back to you. And that is more help than no help. Also I would like to mentioned the community. It is by far the most inspiring part about this program. Whatever excuse you have ones you ask around you will realize it is your excuse that is holding you back. I should mentioned that this program is quite general and we are all learning together at times but this is why it is the best. When someone is so far ahead you cannot understand it discourages you but I bet you will find someone in your level. Now this does not mean theirs not big earners here. I won’t mentioned name but theirs some people in here who are quite wealthy. Also have a plan why you want to get in if is to be a investor, flipper, or buy a house to live in or others I feel this program would help. Finally the resources that are available for you to be successful are great, you need contracts, you need prove of funds, you need contractors, and more , they can find one ? Link up with someone in the group and they may be able to walk the property for you. The connection and showing up is everything and putting the work. I honestly have not been very successful myself but it is not their fault I am currently doing this on the side, but for does people who have put the time the have been rewarded and I am actually shifting more time to it because I realize my mistake.
