connecting sky hub
Having received a new Sky hub package,and being elderly and having no idea what to,and trying to contact Sky for 3hrs, no people just robots. (Sky do not send engineers to do it for you anymore) I rang around engineers who could do it for me. I am so happy I chose Home Vision. They came within 2hrs and did the job in 10minutes. Courteous and quick, just what I wanted. Would certainly recommend them 10 out of 10

Fantastic company I would highly recommend them. I rung them on a Saturday morning they came out on the same morning and fixed a TV bracket to the wall and put sky glass up. The guy that fitted it was professional and tidy. Thank you 10/10

The service in itself was ok
The service in itself was ok - but a 15 minute job turned somehow into a two hour one and was hence exceptionally expensive. I feel rather robbed to be honest and that my 94 year old Dad was taken advantage of.

Great service from Home Vision on July 11th Semi Final day
On Saturday 11th July I had to have a new CCTV system installation due to storm damage. The engineer Darren arrived on time 0800 assuming it was a straightforward setup. Unfortunately after trying for some time to pair the camera to the DVR,he had to keep checking the camera out in the blazing sun, to no avail, he could not get the picture on the DVR.
Despite being a Saturday, and had plans with family and friend to watch the football later that night, he would not leave me without security and decided in the end to completely run new cable which did the job. He was so dedicated to complete the job rather than book me in for another another day.
I am delighted with the new system and could not have had better service. Darren was charming and very knowledgable He also called me the following day to find out if I was happy with the new system and well as the instructions on how to get back to HDMI when the new monitor/TV timed out
I am happy to say it was a pleasure to receive such prompt professional service from Darren at Home Vision who certainly puts the customer first.

Excellent service from placing my questions and gaining some information about the service they provide.it gives a free quote. They were true to their word and came out looked at the job gave me a quote and when I agreed (without any pressure)the job was done in the same day.the man that came was very helpful.pleasant and respectful.I would not think twice to use them again in the future.and I have recommended them to a neighbour and would recommend to anyone in the future

Adam arrived in the time frame we agreed on. Very polite went over everything he was going to do, which I was very happy with and also the price. Used home vision to boost our wifi in our stone cottage. Works a treat!
Only criticism would be the two male voices on voice male which were difficult to understand even when played back several times. Other than that, I was kept informed day before and day of . Harry in particular was professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

More than happy with the service
More than happy with the service. The technician sorted out a problem we were having, went in the loft in 33 degree heat, and even provided a new co-axial cable.

Cancelled Appointments Three Times - Don’t bother
All I wanted was an Engineer to come out and check my Ethernet connection. Over the course of a couple of weeks - they cancelled three times with varying excuses - totally and utterly unreliable and useless.

I tried to book with HomeVision but…
I tried to book with HomeVision but both dates they gave for coming to my house they cancelled at about 3pm after saying the engineer could come between 9am-12pm. I never got the service to actually review their work but they failed at the first hurdle.

Not reliable
Contacted this company on Tuesday 07/07/2026 and was told they would get back to me the same day. They didn't but got back to me the next day 08/07/2026 and said they would come Thursday 09/07/2026. I had not heard anything by 13.45pm and was told I was booked in for between 13.00 and 18.00 and they would ring 30 minutes before hand to notify arrival. Hadn't heard from them by 17.25 so my son rang them , the phone was answered but then disconnected - twice . They phoned on Friday 10/07/2026 and said they would come on Monday 13/07/2026 between 8am and 12 noon by 12.30 they had not contacted me so I rang them to cancel telling them they obviously did not want my business and I would go elsewhere. I am a disabled OAP and I had explained that to them on day 1 Tuesday 07/ 07/ 2026
