Pixelating TV
We had issues with my 96 year old mums TV that was pixelating on all channels. I contacted HomeVision asking them to diagnose the problem & correct it. Three hours after making tge call Brian came to carry out the work. HomeVision kept me informed of their engineers arrival. Brian checked the signal with his equipment & found it was too high. He removed the sigan booster from behind the TV & then adjusted the booster on the aerial. He then turned the TV on for the first time since arriving & we had a perfect picture. Thanks for the rapid service. Not cheap but HomeVison gave me a price before agreeing for the engineer to attend & that price was exactly what I paid.

The appointment was booked via a chat line which gave no facility for differention of whether it was a " diagnostic appointment" or a visit to do the actual fitting of the aeriel. The engineer did not have the required bracket or the aeriel which I had specified on the chatline we would need. We were charged £110 for the call out with nothing to be refunded on the final bill. It is nt a local company which is deceiving as its the first company to come up on a search for a named area.It is infact a London company with obvious London rates. Still trying to resolve my refund for mis information. Promised a phone call which hasnt happened

Our initial visit is a diagnostic appointment, which allows the engineer to assess the installation, confirm the correct equipment required, and provide an accurate quotation before any work is carried out. As every property and aerial installation is different, it isn't always possible to determine exactly which parts will be needed based solely on the information provided at the time of booking.
We are also sorry if there was any confusion regarding our location. While we operate nationally and have engineers covering many areas, we appreciate your comments and understand how this may have caused confusion.
We apologise if you were expecting a call back and have not yet received one. That is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. If your refund request is still being reviewed, our customer service team will ensure it is looked into and will contact you as soon as possible with an update.

Contact and appointment booking very prompt and dealt with courtesy. Engineer arrived at said time, listened to my fault description; diagnosed issue and promptly made good - minimum fuss, everything repaired and at a fair price for his expertise and experience. Efficient service
We’ve used HomeVision 3 times to fit various TVs and install Sky boxes. Efficient, prompt and reliable. Sometimes the engineer seemed to be upselling quoting additional costs for hiding cables and connecting extra devices but frankly for a job well done unbelievably quickly we didn’t mind! Cane very promptly to give me a quote
Cane very promptly to give me a quote. Also helped with the setup by informing me I would need extra long HDMI cables. Arrived on time fitted the tv bracket quickly and showed me how to put the tv on the bracket.
