Having already had a visit from a specialist company who were most unhelpful, it was reassuring that your plumber was able to help to get the boiler to provide hot water by intervention, and also to arrange for a specialist to come and locate a leak in our central heating pipe, and carry out á repair

I had tried to get this set up but somehow failed but YW kindly put me through to a lady who was most helpful. She explained everything and answered any questions I had regarding the plumbing plan and talked me through the electrical plan. I was very impressed and signed up for both plans, as I live alone almost 72 and needed peace of mind that I could get help should anything go wrong in my home.

Best comprehensive heat-pump service
I have had a previous service from a well known brand but not a patch on the Homeserve service. I was amazed they stripped the heat pump so they could not only clean the condenser matrix but washed all internal parts including the fan . Also the awkward inline filter on the rear was thoroughly cleaned. Then onto the internal immersion tank and valves and cleaning the internal magnetic filter. Then took various pressure reading and ensured all running correctly. My previous manufacturer service did half the work and charged me 50% more. I am amazed at the comprehensive service. The Homeserve engineer was named Jon a credit to Homeserve.

The technician went above and beyond in solving the problem with my two loos and two showers and the bath which were all blocked and bringing back waste material. He thought through the problem and realised how to solve it. I am very happy to recommend him and HomeServe.

This is one of these policies you never claim on, till now. prompt response within 24 hours electrician on site. fault found got system 99% up and running, put quote into Homeserve for job and again done within a few days. additional work had to be carried out this was as new claim now all work carried out.

Service was fantastic, had a blocked drain, rang to book an appointment and was sorted very quickly, Engineer arrived after phoning to say he was on his way, sorted the issue in 10 mins and was on his way 👍
