Was happy with the service provided, did take 3 people to fix the issue but despite that they were very professional, worked cleanly, everything was put back where it was.

Very happy long time customer!

We have had HomeServe UK to cover our inside plumbing for years and I’ll be honest, we rarely use our coverage, but when we need it it’s been priceless and I am so happy to have it in place! The booking process is simple and we were able to get someone out the next day (we booked later in the day).

The gentleman who came to help with this issue was the same very knowledgeable plumber who had helped us the one other time we called. He was able to find a solution to the issue in a very timely manner and was friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve recommended HomeServe UK to friends due to the wonderful service and I am now considering widening our coverage to other services they offer.

AWA reported we had a leak

Called Homeserve out as AWA reported we had a water leak. Two leaks were identified outside of the bungalow, and were fixed within two hours.
