The dual swivel tap was dripping badly. The engineer changed the two valves for the hot and cold taps having cleaned the connector. He worked quickly and made no mess and the tap has been fine since. He also while here checked the bathroom taps and shower. From my point of view, a good visit. Thank you.

Really helpful booking experience and engineer that visited was also very efficient and helpful, doing a great job in conducting repair. Only issue was engineer was obviously overbooked on first day he was due to attend and didn’t have time to effect repair after I’d waited in all day at my fathers house having taken day off work. Engineer was really helpful and visited next day again but the inconvenience of it lasting over 2 days at my expense has resulted in a lower rating

The tap in our bathroom fell apart and so I went on line and to my surprise there was a slot available the same evening. Within half an hour your engineer was in touch and had it fixed quickly although it was a difficult job. H e was a very friendly and efficient person which made the experience very acceptable

The response to my request was prompt. The appointment (with A.Ling) was precise and they arrived when they said. The problem was checked, but it had resolved itself. Throughout explanations were clear and given in a friendly manner.

The engineer was very polite. He found afault with the boiler and wrote down instructions as to how I should proceed, which was to contact Homeserve.
Contacting Homeserve is not easy as you are greeted by a robot and as a veteran of 93 years of age I don't speak Robotage. As it happens there was misunderstanding and the engineer was sent again on a wild goose chase.
Following instructions I contacted the boiler manufacturer they have humans answering their phones.

Fast response, easy to book, thorough checking of the problem, friendly and reassuring.
4/5 stars as it would be so useful to have a smaller appointment window , mine was 12pm-6pm, but understand this us difficult to do!

Well done Homeserve.
Had my old immersion heater removed and a new more efficient heater installed on 15th July. The plumber who came was very helpful and removed the old heater without any mess. Job well done, Thank you Homeserve.

I don’t usually take out insurance on items or services but moving into another house I decided this time I would. Was glad I did as sewer became blocked. Bought drain rods plus extensions but still couldn’t reach blockage . Phoned homeserve, Michael came out promptly and gave pipes around house a thorough flush with high pressure jet and voila !! Success. Thanks Michael from Homeserve .
