Worst payment solution I have ever used
Homeroom and Ellos have the worst payment solution I have ever used. Do not use these websites. I connected my bank account and registrered my payment. Got a email that they were missing my payment and that I wouldn't get any late fee if I sent payment directly. I did that, however they sent invoice to debt collection anyhow so I had to pay a late fee. Will never use again

Very satisfied with product, customer service and shipping
I ordered a dining table from Homeroom Sunday 6th of september. This table had an estimated delivery of 8-10 business days, and arrived after 7. I had a few questions while waiting for my package, so I contacted them per email, to which they replied quickly. I called them when the tracking number didn’t work, and they solved that for me as well.
Very good and friendly customer service, fast shipping and decent prices. The quality of the product was excellent as well.

Do not buy from Homeroom or Ellos
I ordered a beach chair beginning of June to enjoy the sunny days on my balcony. The advertised delivery time was 2-3 weeks. FIVE weeks later I received a sofa instead, a giant SOFA! What a joke. How can this even happen, in 2020? Is your order system in Excel sheets? Now the sofa takes half of my apartment and the customer service that I called 4 times is incompetent and useless. Someone even hung up on me... I will never shop again from Homeroom or Ellos (same company) and I really don't recommend these websites. Ellos has similar very bad reviews on Trustpilot. So... it looks like I won't have my beach chair until October as the delivery jumped from 2 weeks to 13 weeks now, hahaha what a joke Ellos!!
