I ordered the Rickie dinning chairs, I love the chairs and they go great with our wooden table, the cushion could've been better but its still good. The delivery was quite quick too.

Very bad service and quality. 😡😤 Two months ago I bought four chairs, and one of them was broken. 🪑💔 I sent an email about it. 📧 They answered two days after and asked for pictures and videos, so I sent them. 📸📹 They said that they would fix it with a new one, but now after two months, nothing happened. ⏳😠 They don't answer my emails. 📧🚫 It's very weird, and the quality of the chairs is not like what's shown on the website; very bad quality. 👎😠 So DON'T buy anything from Nimara. 🛑 It's a shit company. 💩🤬

Customer service is answered by AI which is somehow not able to handle the complicated issues, but there is no human intervention to make it right.
I ordered 1 couch and 2 beds in the very beginning, but it shows the delivery date for the beds are very late due to stock issue.
We cant wait for that long, so we decided to cancel the beds and ordered it from the different supplier.
After few weeks, Nimara doesnt provide any information about the delivery status.
We called couple times until we finally sort it out, but it's a very long tiring process
I have got the product eventually, the delay was from the delivery company they probably lost it I don’t know. Nimara had sent me a new product, such beautiful and comfortable, thank you Nimara, sorry for being angry with you, overall it wasn’t your fault. Thank you again for such beautiful fåtöljen ❤️❤️.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ They send broken furniture and then disappear when you try to contact them. Read the other reviews here. They seem to have a strategy that works for them. I have been emailing them since January and they refuse to answer me about a chair that was broken when I received it. The furniture is not of good quality either. When you look closely at it, you see that it is cheaply made. It is Temu quality, but higher prices. Save your money and energy. Buy from a reputable store instead. This company does not care about the customers!
I have never experienced such a complicated complaint system as this company's, first you fill out a complaint and then you get 3 suggestions for solutions, 2 of which are pure jokes. Which do not even correspond to a fraction of the price of the item. And then when you choose to return the item and get replacement goods, you need to fill everything out again with pictures again that you have already reported.
Just received my 4 dining chairs. Everything was perfect. Packing, delivery was fast and most important looks same as on photos as well as according to item description. Will buy something soon for Nimara. Very happy with overall service. .

I purchased four chairs, and one of them was delivered with two defective screws belonging to the legs, which causes the chair to wobble and not stand level. This is a clear manufacturing defect and a failure in quality control.
What makes this situation unacceptable is the handling by customer service. Responses take 1–2 weeks, and when they do reply, they do not address the actual issue described. Instead of providing a solution or taking responsibility, they simply state that they intend to close the case.
This behavior shows a complete lack of accountability. The company is clearly unwilling to take responsibility for its own mistakes, and no compensation or proper replacement has been offered despite the obvious defect.
I strongly advise others to avoid this company. Their quality control is poor, and when defects occur, they do not stand behind their products nor compensate customers for faulty quality.

Ordered Table Lewis in smoked oak. Delivery delayed 2 weeks. Finally received it then I saw the difference of the color. It was green/yellow brown. So different than the picture on the website. I seriously wrote like 12 e-mails and still got no respond. I just want to return the damn thing. Customer service is horrible. I eventually contacted them on instagram and even the social media team admitted the color difference.
Don’t buy anything from this site.
The products are low quality and the customer service is non responsive. So so soo disappointed and frustrated.
