I believe this website is a scam. I ordered a sofa which has not been delivered on the date give to me with absolutely no contact and the company not responding to calls, WhatsApp or emails. Avoid!

I ordered Wardrobe from them last month, and they didn’t get back to me neither they reply to my email or calls.

i have seen many negative reviews regarding this website and its high time to Involve Police in this matter. we should not get SCAMMED!!!

Scammers!!!! Do not buy from them. Lost £260!!!! Bought a wardrobe that never arrived. Absolutely shocking that there website is still live!!!

I like to announce to all that don't buy any furniture from this website because you didn't get delivered.
Once you paid money and they will delay your delivery by saying sales going on or they trying to shorting out delivery. Once they passed one month then they don't answer your calls
I bought sliding door wardrobe from this website on 7th of August and till today's date 15th of September I don't get delivered. I am trying to contact them by email and calling but nobody is replying back to me.

I have had same experience as anyone else they kept delaying my delivery for wardrobe now they ignoring texts and emails. My wardrobe was due to be delivered on 12th September but still no sign of it. Stay clear of this website.

Please do not use this company. They were meant to deliver my wardrobe on 12/09/2025 and no call, email or messages. This is absolutely shambles and I will say do not use them. On their website they have good reviews but this company are thief’s. Please do not use this company and trust me I am very sad.

Same thing happened too me it was ment too come Friday my wardrobe no reply not answering on there phone barbuding they with messages nothing did anyone manage too get there money back

Home furniture hub dundee is a scam no delivery of wardrobe checked and found loads on site have have also been caught out as well past month their site so ligit looking had to contact my bank to report and also cyber security gov website to investigate and take this site down

SCAMMERS! Ordered sofa and a wardobe on 28th August - over £1000 worth, delivery got confirmed 2 days later for 12/09 and never heard anything back and delivery not arrived!!!!! turned my house upside down to ensure the rooms are empty as paid extra for assembly service and they now don't asnwer my calls, no emails received or responded to and whats app messages are not even delivering. CLEARLY FAKE AND SCAMMING PEOPLE AROUND.. DO NOT BUY FROM THERE!

Never delivered. No answer. Silence everywhere. I would say they are scammers

Absolute Scam – Avoid at All Costs

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order for a wardrobe on 23 July 2025 and as of 12 September 2025, I still have nothing to show for it. The original delivery was scheduled for 30 August, but less than 24 hours before, they postponed it by another week. Since then, it has been an endless cycle of delays, lies, and pure incompetence.

The so-called “customer service” is laughable. I was bombarded with contradictory WhatsApp messages within minutes of each other—first pushing delivery to 18 September, then 15 September, then confirming 12 September, and of course… nothing showed up. No phone calls answered. No responses to emails. Nothing but silence and excuses.

At one point they even offered me “money back on delivery.” Looking back, it’s almost funny that I didn’t see the red flags sooner. This whole operation is nothing more than a scam dressed up as a business.

Thankfully, I contacted my bank and, I kid you not, got my money refunded in 30 seconds of filing a dispute. That says it all. clearly my bank knows this so-called company is a complete fraud.

This is not just poor service, it’s deliberate deception. A big joke at the expense of paying customers. Save yourself the time, stress, and anger. report them to your bank immediately

This company is a complete and utter joke, payed for my sofa and said the delivery would be on the 12th of September and nothing came, called them multiple times and on what’s app and nothing!! Nothing but scammers now I have contacted my bank to a full refund back the company should be taken down online and on tik tock!!

I wish I had seen the reviews on here before I made the mistake of buying off this "company" - they are scammers!
I don't understand how they are allowed to advertise on Google, how come their website is still up??
Similar story as everybody else: bought a wardrobe (funny how they will communicate with you before you buy, when you ask questions on whatsapp, they answer promptly). After I placed my order and paid for it, a few days later they send me an e-mail with delivery dates for me to choose: I chose today (saturday, 13th September) - available time slot between 1pm and 3pm.
It's now 3pm and they never turned up. I tried to ring the landline no., the whatsapp number: nothing. Then I went on google to research..... and ended up here. My God, I wish I had seen this sooner.
Now I'm not sure what to do. I'm going to start with my bank, see if I can get my money back.
I wish everybody good luck in getting their money back. These scammers must be stopped - what can we do, as a community?

I am waiting my wardrobe today 1:00 pm ,they are not come ,they're not answering the phone and no answering email it was disappointing.

This company has got to be a scam?! They have not delivered the goods I ordered. I’ve just looked on here and loads of people are saying the same thing. I have never ever been scammed before and feel really stupid now having trusted this site. It appears legit but clearly is not. Do not use!!!

Robbing a*sholes!!! Order sofa 25 Aug £354. Never delivered. No communication from them. Now trying to get my money back. Can’t believe I didn’t check Trust Pilot before purchase!!!

Update: managed to get refund from credit card company, hoping you guys are all successful too.

My story is the same as everyone on here. Bought 2 wardrobes on 11th august 2025, was told 10-14 days delivery, then had an email to say delivery will be made on 5th september, then another message to say delivery has been delayed so it was now 12th september, well they didn't turn up, No response from emails or whats app or telephone number, I google maps their address and it shows a photo of a house. I have reported them to google to investigate. I hope everyone who has been scammed on this site gets their money back.

Scam , avoid as plague , ordered more than one month ago , never received , delivery postponed 3 times , they don’t answer to the phone anymore . I had to ask a refund to CC company . I can see the booked the same date for everyone for the delivery with the same time slot . This website should be taken down , if someone wants to report for frauds to police collectively , please contact me

Same thing happened to me changed delivery date said I will receive 80 pounds for inconvenience and still no wardrobes do not buy , how can they do this to people get a job ur lazy bastards 😡

Ordered 5 weeks ago got asked if I could wait another week for £80 cash in which I refused then they emailed saying it will still come on the 12 of September my wife and kids waited in for our sofa that never arrived!!!!!
