My old sofa recently broke, so I started looking for a similar replacement. I was about to buy the exact same model from another retailer for £600 more when I decided to try a Google image search. That’s how I found EnVogue.

The ordering process was really straightforward and the communication was excellent throughout. I especially liked that they provide a WhatsApp number for any questions. They always replied quickly.

The delivery team was friendly, professional, and arrived exactly when they said they would.

Overall it was a genuine 10/10 experience from start to finish. I will definitely be recommending EnVogue to friends and family!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Envogue Furniture. I ordered items that were delivered with damage to my property. I raised the issue immediately, expecting the company to take responsibility — but instead, I was met with silence and deflection.

Despite providing details and evidence, Envogue Furniture refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing. They were quick to present a proof of delivery and chat transcripts when challenged, but none of that addressed the actual damage caused during delivery. At no point did they offer to investigate, repair, or even apologise.

What’s worse, there was no genuine customer service or empathy shown throughout the process. Just generic responses and a refusal to take ownership of the issue.

If you're thinking of buying from Envogue Furniture, I urge you to reconsider. Once they have your money, you're on your own. There's no aftercare, no accountability — just a fight to get basic respect as a customer.

This is absolutely the best experience I have had with a company in a very long time. Firstly, the prices are unbeatable. I don't say that lightly, the same Sofa would have cost me an extra £1000 elsewhere. They had a sale on which made the sofa even cheaper and then offered me a new buyer discount. Obviously I didn't hang around and I purchased straight away. From that point onwards the communication was just brilliant. Even when I emailed with some additional delivery requirements they replied in less than 30 minutes. On delivery day the two men who brought the sofa in were so polite and considerate and even offered to assemble the sofa for me. From purchase to delivery took 2 days. That beats any other company I can think of. I'm very impressed and I would absolutely recommend Envogue Furniture.

The electric reclining mechanism is smooth, quiet, and highly responsive, with tidy cabling and a single plug for each sofa. The 2-seater model boasts built-in Bluetooth speakers and a subwoofer, creating a truly immersive cinematic experience. Each armrest features USB charging points, a discreet drinks holder, and cleverly concealed storage.

The 3-seater includes a static middle seat with a pull-down armrest, complete with two additional drinks holders. The headrest of the middle seat flips up to reveal touch-sensitive reading lights with three brightness settings, a thoughtful and practical feature.

Comfort is paramount with these sofas. The firm yet supportive cushions, high-quality stitching, and quilted detailing on the seating areas and sides are exceptional. The overall construction quality is excellent, reflecting meticulous attention to detail.

My purchase and delivery experience was outstanding. I placed my order on a Thursday afternoon and received a call within 30 minutes to arrange delivery for the following Friday. Due to my radio show schedule, Evoke Furniture graciously accommodated my request for an earlier delivery time. The driver provided a precise arrival window and arrived promptly. The customer service was exceptionally helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.

Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend the Evoke Furniture Florida electric recliner sofas. The USB charging, cup holders, reclining mechanism, comfort, built-in speakers, and intuitive control panel are all standout features. I am thoroughly impressed and would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
