Furniturehubuk Reviews

Just had my new corner sofa delivered and omg on how quick the delivery was and phoning throughout the day with updates with times. And the sofa itself we absolutely in love with it ❤️. Amazing quality, amazing price, fast delivery, highly recommended 👌🏽

I’ve ordered from Furniture Hub UK again, this time a completely different sofa design made to my custom measurements. I’m really happy with the quality and how helpful the team have been throughout the process. They listened to exactly what I wanted and made the sofa to fit my space. Great service, reasonable prices and highly recommended!

Received an amazing experience from this company, wanted a new sofa as I had decided to redecorate my living room, was corresponding a few days prior to get a rough delivery date and price, managed to get my sofa the next day without any hesitation. Measurements were exactly what I wanted, the colour and fabric are amazing quality. Cannot fault them at all. Will be using again in the near furniture if I decide to change.

Sypremly fantastic experience. Good quality and best service ever
Highly recommend

Excellent service. I loved the whole process. Driver was so kind and helped me assembly as well. I bought a corner sofa 10/10. Highly recommended ❤️

Do not buy from these they are scammers sent me a wardrobe with the wrong size doors won’t communicate robbed me of 300 pound now ignoring me this is the worse place have ever ordered anything from

Scammers do not go near

Scammers first they did not turn up on the schedule day and when they turn up 2 days later they show me the headboard but when I gave the money and went to inspect the bed they have not delivered what I paid for and instead delivered very cheap bed that is nothing like what I paid for. They have all ignored my calls and text and am now left with no bed to sleep on. Am good to my local police station to report them and am reporting them to trading standards.. these people goes by so many names- smart space living, furniture hub, comfort cart home 47 Princess St, Chapel Langley, Luton LU1 5AT, UK. 5 Nobel Wy., Manchester M1 7FT, UK.

Didn't deliver the bed on chosen day. Didn't answer the phone. Took ages to reply to text messages.
Customer service appalling. At 7pm I cancelled my order and went elsewhere

HORRIBLE

The sellers ignored my calls, my messages and xalled me ridiculous.
They rescheduled without my consent.
They told me they’d install the bed before I pay to make sure it wasn’t a scam bht when the delivery driver came he started cussing out my mum and I and was saying my mum had to help him lift the bed up to my bedroom. He also said we had to pay in the parking lot before anything.

Asked for a refund on the day we recieved the beds. As we wernt satisfied with them. They said they can only refund 2 out of the 3 beds, but even then they haven't refunded the 2 they promised and now ignore our calls. Do not buy from them.

They came up fitted beds was too big for room driver was happy to take it back but the main guy would not give go ahead and then said was going to pick beds up and they never did anything thats cash in hand please do not trust as they will ignore you and you wasted money

Avoid
No customers services i got the wrong cushions and am now being ignored. Save your money and time , do not buy from these

They delivered on agreed date. Sofa is very comfy and guy even installed it for me highly recommend

The experience was great with furniture hub uk. Initially i was confused but tbh delivery was so smooth cooperative staff throughout the process. Thank you definitely recommend

My sofa was ok however the cushions i asked for full firmness and half of the sofa was very soft and not what i asked. I was then told i will get sent new hard one in a few days, then after that they started ignoring my calls and messages and are now not responding and i can't get hold of them. Avoid this place at all costs. It is not worth the hassle if you have any issues they will ignore it once paid. AVOID AVOID.

Seamless Delivery & Setup
Purchased a bedroom set from furniturehub uk and I’m very impressed with how seamless everything was. The delivery team was punctual, professional, and handled everything with care. They assembled all the pieces quickly and made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted. The furniture itself is top-notch—sturdy, elegant, and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I brought a bed from them and it’s broken after a month due to poor quality. When you try and contact them they are rude and then block you! Avoid avoid avoid!!

Absolutely terrible company, I ordered a sofa and footstool from them, when it was delivered they only had the sofa with them and no footstool, they promised me the footstool would be delivered the following day so I paid them in full however it never was delivered, the following week they told me the footstool would be delivered every day however it never was, and after a week they started to completely ignored me and I am still waiting for my footstool or my refund for over a month now
