We had a fantastic stay at this lovely holiday cottage as a family of five with three children. The outdoor space was a huge hit with the kids, who spent hours playing and exploring. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location is beautiful, with lovely beaches nearby and plenty of things to see and do. We’d definitely recommend it and would love to stay again!

We had a fantastic stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The balcony view was beautiful and such a lovely place to sit and relax. The beds were really comfortable, the property was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. It was in a lovely, quiet location, making it perfect for a peaceful break. The owner/manager was also very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. We'd happily stay here again.

Stay away, not good at all.

Great facilities, great views, great hosts, GREAT HOLIDAY! We had a wonderful holiday here in a retreat that had it all. We were made to feel welcome and comfortable, and the place had everything needed to relax unwind, destress and rest. The location was perfect for exploring the forest of Dean, but we also spent hours reading and staring at the incredible view. The photos don't lie - it really IS that good!

The house/fittings need some tlc but it is very convenient for our family and the location is unbeatable. We could swim every day and watched beautiful sunsets from the front yard. Tresaith is a real gem.

Adequately equipped living/dining area and perfect location for all amenities that contribute to a very enjoyable family holiday especially with small children - beach opposite apartment, surfboard hire svailable,shops, bars, restaurants, amusements, tennis courts - all within a short walking distance. Something for everyone. The sea view from lounge and bedrooms amazing as was the red sun dipping into the sea at sunset

Tawny Owl is a beautiful holiday home in an excellent location for exploring the Seven Bays area of Cornwall. It is modern and spacious and very well equipped. The hot tub is an added luxury and the lodge is perfect for a family or groups of friends. The owners can be easily contacted and resolve problems quickly. I would recommend Tawny Owl without hesitation.

On arrival at our holiday cottage, we contacted them to report several issues which would affect our stay. They sent us a form to complete, which we returned straightaway, and they said they would try contact the owner. Our holiday is over and we still have not received a courtesy reply.

Wow! What a fantastic cottage. And the owner, Victoria, is so lovely.
Open plan and spacious. Well equipped with everything you need. Lots of showers and a bath. Big kitchen. Huge lounge area with a Pool table. Toys & books.
The garden shed is stocked with all you need to lounge in the spacious garden, and the barbecue is modern and a decent size.
We cannot fault this place and hope to return one day.

A lovely break in a picturesque Cornish Village.
The flat was very clean and comfortable with an information folder. Food and drink readily available from local shop or the 2 pubs, all good quality.
We would have appreciated fresh coffee in the welcome pack, but wine, biscuits etc very acceptable.
The description of the accomodation, its position and the car parking arrangements were really helpful
