A really lovely, unique property with spectacular views. Layout worked well for a group of friends. Spent all weekend enjoying the hot tub, playing board games by the fire and cooking meals in the well equipped kitchen.

Super cosy, spacious and clean, logs weren't included as described, though the heating worked well and was warm throughout our 4 night stay. Very well stocked with quality equipment and a great location.

Ease of booking

Quiet location in great countryside. Very convenient for visiting local sights and within an easy drive of Reeth. Walking distance from local pub which does good food. Well-equipped, spacious and very comfortable property. Caring owner, who took the time to communicate personally with us.

Nice cottage, quiet and peaceful location. Supposed to have had access from 16.00 however cleaners didn't Finnish until 16.20. They complained they had had 9 cottages to clean that day. Booking was straightforward. Cottage well equipped.

Great little renovation - felt like home away from home, loved the 6ft bed! Lovely touches also left by the hist.

We were given the wrong address, wasting half our evening trying to establish where we were supposed to stay!.. The apartment was very small, small uncomfortable bed with only a few coffee tea and sugar sachets in a bag as a gift bag.. we paid nearly £800 for a two night stay which ended up being only one day really as we werent in till late the first night and very stressed and the morning we had to leave was very early and before 10am! Very very dissatisfied to put it mildly! And will be putting in a formal complaint!

Easy booking, very flexible owner when we needed to alter our booking last minute which was much appreciated. The cottage was perfectly located in a beautiful setting. A lovely relaxing stay.

This property is super in the heart of a small coastal village. Arriving to it warm and smelling clean was a good start. Milk in the fridge and the discovery of a heated outdoor shower for the dog was great. It is modern and unfussy with a workable kitchen, large fridge. and comfortable bed. Both showers have high water pressure and the internet is good. The local pubs are welcoming and reasonably priced. We spent 4 nights in this area and loved every minute.

A lovely homely place a short walk from the sea. The house was warm and well equipped with plenty of space for a family gathering. Great place and good value for the price!

Easy booking process and proactive booking agent.

Their website info for a property we recently visited wasn't clear with regards to dogs not being allowed upstairs, and the fact the living area was upstairs! If we had known this, we wouldn't have booked this property. Most people who take their dogs on holiday want their dogs with them most of the time, especially in a strange property! Happy to have my dog downstairs overnight, but not downstairs whilst we are relaxing in the evening in an upstairs living room!
