Ordered a Skzoo on Sunday evening, it was dispatched Monday morning and arrive Tuesday morning! Excellent turnaround time, extremely well packaged and had a few freebie, thank you! Great range of products x highly recommend

First time buying from HobiEgo but it definitely won’t be the last ! when I pre-ordered my signed P1Harmony album last month I couldn’t see where to add a note on my order on my laptop so I emailed explaining this and requesting my bias to which I received a response extremely quickly saying that the note had been added to my order. My album was delivered on release day, I’ve never had an album shipped so fast before from any other shop! It came very securely packaged in bubble wrap and cute tissue paper and it arrived with some freebies which I was not expecting: a couple of ateez photo cards and a lollipop! While I knew it wasn’t guaranteed that I would get my bias on my album as described on the product page, I was super happy to see my bias’ signature on my album and to know that my request was taken considerately. Overall, I highly recommend HobiEgo for amazing customer service, fast shipping and wonderful products. Thank you so much for my album, I will definitely be a returning customer hehe :)

i use HobiEgo ALL the time for my Kpop Albums. The freebies are always great, the lollipops are sweet too :). One thing, is that some of my favourite groups aren’t there, mainly NOWZ/NOWADAYS. i’ve been looking for ages for this and i can only find them on other websites but nobody does it like HobiEgo. it would be nice to have NOWZ/NOWADAYS in the Boy Group section soon. overall, best website ever. Thank you!

We pre-ordered 2 Karma albums, they arrived within the timeframe given when we ordered. They arrived very quickly once dispatched, were packed really well and arrived in perfect condition with some lovely freebies included which made my daughter's day. Have used HobiEgo before (for Hollow) and would definitely use them again.

Hobiego is a fantastic kpop shop. I would venture to say it’s my favourite place to shop for kpop items online. Everything is always packaged so well and their inclusions are the cutest. Everything arrives in great time and I’ve never had a bad experience. 10/10 would recommend this shop.

I had recently had an awful experience, for a preorder, with another company, and took a chance with HobiEgo for this next preorder and I'm so glad I did! I received my items promptly, in very secure packaging. Even had extra treats that I didn't expect, which were lovely! The extra detail of the golden coin made to look like the token in the music video was amazing
