I ordered the HIV self test arrived promptly good clear instructions followed and received my results in 15 minutes excellent way to know your status it’s really easy to test and after 12 weeks you can rely on the result being accurate. My result was negative and I can choose to stay negative thanks to this test . Everyone should get tested and know their status it’s so simple.

I received a false positive and I must…
I received a false positive and I must say it was one of the scariest weeks of my life. I’m assuming it has something to do with the antibodies released during a COVID infection also triggering the test and this needs to be sorted immediately as your product is faulty.

EDIT - Internal studies have been performed to assess the possibility of interference with COVID. COVID-19 infection will have no effect on the result of the BioSURE HIV Self Test. COVID-19 antibodies are specific to the SARS-CoV-2 virus and therefore cannot cause any cross reactivity with the HIV test.

I've also tried to contact via the email appears on the website but still I've got no response. it's been almost 10 days now and I havent received neither any refund, response or the kit test itself.

Becky from Biosure replied to my email and problem (test didn’t work which was my error/fault) within minutes and dispatched a new one immediately. You don’t get better customer service than that.

But I have a question , instruction said after the first 3 minutes I should see a light moving up but I couldn't see any thing how ever my test became negative within a short time . Does that mean my test is OK? Or i have to repeat it .

This is stated on the instructions to make clear to the user that if the test does not start running, they should try pushing the test device further into the buffer pot. However, discolouration varies from user-to-user and even test-to-test. As long as the control line is visible at 15 minutes, your result is reliable.
