Expect better
Just moved to Ramsbottom and had a few issues with my poorly cat. Wanted to support local businesses in the area so went to Hills for some advice and with a view to purchase a variety of products. Two women behind the counter were so rude, abrupt and not letting me finish my sentences before stating they have nothing to offer. I felt like a real problem to them and clearly wasn't welcome. Very surprising from what i thought was going to be a really helpful caring local business.

Poor communication
I sent 2 messages to the company asking for the item to be sent urgently, and provided contact details so I could pay extra if necessary. I received no communication and the item did not arrive until after I needed it. Disappointing service.
