I was excited to try my new shoes but they didn't work out and they are impossible to return!
I was excited to try my new shoes but with the arthritis I have in my toes and balance issues they were just not a shoe I could use. I tried to return them but it is a an impossible mission! I did what I was instructed to do to make a return but it did not go through. Also the company doesn't have a working phone number so basically no customer service! In the middle of this process I ended up reading the same thing has happened to lots of other people too. I was very upset and would never use this company again and tell others not to either!

I didn’t think a sole this low would make my feet feel so good but I am wonderfully surprised. My walk has improved and I no longer feel off balance.

Great shoe design poor quality construction
I love these shoes. I got the HF Stride shoes in February. The fit is great, they stretch around my bunions and help with balance and stability. It’s August and I noted the sole was coming off of the heel of one of the shoes. I wrote to customer service and was told there was a 30 day limit on returns or exchanges and there was no provision for faulty construction. This company advertises providing footwear for lots of foot problems to provide stability and less pain. After 6 months wear, the sole is coming off and I have a tripping hazard on my hands and no help from the company. Unless you count a 10% discount on another purchase as help. The design is great, they have a big quality control problem. Unless they fix that $70 shoes that are poor quality will be a problem.

At first the shoes felt comfortable. The elastic shoe strings can be shorter so they don’t flop around.
After 2 weeks of occasional wear( I’m retired and disabled so not a lot of activity) the bottom of the left shoe started peeling back.
The shoes are very loose fitting for a medium foot.
I’m very disappointed in the quality of the soles. Definitely not worth the >$70 I paid.
